DENVER, COLORADO: 'Married At First Sight' Season 17 couple Clare Kerr and Cameron Frazer got divorced only 31 days into their marriage.

Although Clare continued to attend the couples' activities alone, Cameron ditched the wedding of fellow participants, Michael and Chloe.

He also did not join his castmates at the retreat, expressing no desire to see Clare after their breakup. Cameron also continued to neglect Clare's phone calls and she had to leave voice messages for her ex-husband.

However, he will make a dramatic return in the upcoming episode of the Lifetime show. In the preview of the episode, Cameron expressed his desire to reunite with his ex-wife, Clare.

In a conversation with fellow participant Brennan, Cameron said, "I'm going to stay together with her on Decision Day." Brennan was left shocked by Cameron's confession as his marriage to Clare ended weeks ago.

Clare was already hopeful for the reconciliation so fans could expect the former couple to continue their relationship but this time with a new perspective.

'Married At First Sight' star Cameron Frazer suffers life-threatening heart condition

'Married At First Sight' star Cameron Frazer developed a serious heart condition that required surgery and blamed his divorce from Clare Kerr for his heart condition.

In a recent episode, Cameron said, "I've developed a heart condition." He added, "The doctors don't have much to say other than I'm going to need a procedure done on my heart."

The reality star further explained that while the condition in itself was not a result of his split with Clare, it might have accelerated it.

He questioned, "Did the stress of my separation from Clare lead to this heart problem?" Cameron added, "Um it was probably something that was going to happen, maybe it accelerated it."

Why did Clare Kerr and Cameron Frazer get divorced?

'MAFS' Season 17 ex-couple Clare Kerr and Cameron Frazer parted ways after their series of arguments over raising children, religion, and showing affection.

Although the duo had never been a perfect match, their marriage was sabotaged after the Lifetime show group's one-month anniversary dinner.

Cameron moved out of the duo's shared apartment weeks after struggling with their lack of sexual attraction and their different views on family and religion.

He was also afraid that he was getting too attached to Clare when their relationship was not going to work out for the long term.

After a few days apart, Clare and Cameron reunited at the Rouge Wine Bar in Greenwood Village for a one-month anniversary dinner and announced their divorce decision in front of the other couples.

The ex-couple claimed that they do not regret the time spent with one another and Clare called Cameron her best friend. While Cameron added that she made him a better man.
