MOSCOW, IDAHO: The arrest of Bryan Kohberger, 28, who appears to have a PhD in criminology from Washington University may not be the only suspect in the gruesome November 13 murders of University of Idaho students at 1122 King Road residence, reports citing sources suggest. Kohberger was taken into custody by local police and the FBI early Friday, December, 30 in Scranton, Pennsylvania, multiple media outlets reported.

Kohberger is being held for extradition in Monroe County Court for first-degree murder in a warrant issued by the Moscow Police Department and the Latah County Prosecutor's Office in connection to the slayings of Ethan Chapin, 20; Xana Kernodle, 20; Kaylee Goncalves, 21; and Madison Mogen, 21, FOX reported. While in custody, the Idaho suspect asked some chilling questions and looked at the investigators with a 'blank stare'.

Who is Bryan Christopher Kohberger? Idaho suspect was studying PhD in criminology 15 km from murder house

After being booked in Monroe County Jail, the Washington State University criminology student allegedly asked police whether anyone else had been arrested related to the homicide case, NewsNation correspondent Brian Entin reported. In a Tweet Brian shared. He said officers noticed the suspect’s “quiet, blank stare." "I am told when Idaho quadruple homicide suspect Bryan Christopher Kohberger was in custody — he “asked if anyone else was arrested.” I’m told he had a “quiet, blank stare,” Brian wrote in a Tweet.

Apart from having a PhD, Kohberger was also listed as having graduated with a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice from DeSales University in Pennsylvania in May 2022. A questioner of his research circulating on the internet shows the Idaho murder suspect studied ‘emotions and psychological traits' that influence criminals. He sought participants for a study investigating “how emotions and psychological traits influence decision-making when committing a crime.”

However, the police in Moscow had started cleaning the 'doomed' off-campus Idaho house following the arrest. The police as per reports were removing the times and furniture from the home but hated the exercise and put the plastic shields to shield the view. "UPDATE: Process stopped. Moscow Police say remediation halted due to new development. Will be explained at the 1 pm news conference," Nancy Loo, News Nation Correspondent Tweeted.
