Anne Heche wanted Miley Cyrus, Kristen Bell to play younger version of her in film about her life
Actress Anne Heche, 53, passed away after a ghastly car crash on Friday, August 12. In an earlier podcast, 'Behind the Velvet Rope with David Yontef,' she revealed whom she would like to play a young version of her in a movie about her life.
When asked the question, she stated, “I’ve already thought about it. Miley Cyrus or Kristen Bell.” The podcast was recorded precisely seven months before her tragic death. Heche said she believed “those two girls had the ability to pull off the humor that I have while also doing justice to the journey that I’ve gone through.”

According to Page Six, “The two of them share a personal ability to face the world the way that I would want, that I feel like I have and would want portrayed.” Heche in the podcast. When questioned regarding Cyrus, Heche pointed to the singer’s child stardom with her dual role in the Disney series 'Hannah Montana.' She further, said: “The ability for her to be able to pull off … I’ve seen her in ‘Hannah Montana,' to be able to do that, to be able to express that, to be able to be as bold as she’s been going from Disney into, you know, ‘Wrecking Ball.'"
Heche praised Cyrus, saying, “the way she moves, the way she sings, her voice, her compassion, [the way] she f*****g loves everyone, her ability to get out on stage and sing a cappella that would be the way that I would see a pure artist engaging with the world with the best time they could ever possibly have,” she further added. “That’s why Miley. And I think she’s a f*****g great actress.”
When enquired about Kristen, she claimed, “I see myself a lot in her,” she went on. “I don’t think it was any mistake that I played her mom, and I want her to play me.” Later she added, “Kristen Bell gave me my second Emmy nomination and she and I played a mother and daughter in a Lifetime movie years ago.” Further, she said, “She has the ability to tell a story and do it through joy, do it with her personality, charm, gorgeous timing, and humor.” Heche began acting at a young age, and she made her debut in the soap opera, 'Another World,' with the dual role of twins Vicky Hudson and Marley Love. However, movies such as 'Volcano,' 'Another world,' and 'Return to Paradise' was her claim to fame.
