Andrew Gomez: Army soldier arrested for 'secretly' filming women during sex to post on OnlyFans
SPRING LAKE, NORTH CAROLINA: A soldier in the armed forces has been accused of secretly filming himself having sex with women and publishing the footage on OnlyFans without the women's knowledge or permission. The 25-year-old, Andrew Nathaniel Gomez, of Spring Lake, North Carolina, was detained on Tuesday, March 21 and was charged with six counts of violating the law against the secretly peeping statute.
Further, police claimed they were unable to identify some of the "multiple women" who may have been Gomez's victims. In a statement, the Cumberland County deputies said: "[Gomez] recorded himself having sexual intercourse with women without their knowledge or consent and then posted those videos to the website OnlyFans." According to WRAL News, woman in one of the recordings alerted authorities, which led to the discovery of the videos.

Deatils of the affidavit
According to the affidavit, Gomez allegedly used his smartphone to secretly record the woman in the bedroom on a different occasion. The affidavit additionally mentioned that Gomez later uploaded the recorded clips to his account on OnlyFans, a website that mostly hosts pornographic content. The woman was unaware of the secretly filmed videos and only learned about them when a coworker told her about them. Detectives reported seeing unnamed ladies on Gomez's OnlyFans account during the inquiry who might also be his victims.
'I ghosted her'
While defending himself, Gomez said he was the victim and was unaware that the videos had been posted. He shifted the blame onto his envious ex-girlfriend. He said, "We had sex, we recorded it, she knew about it and I ghosted her," Gomez said. "She was mad at me, and a few months ... goes by ... "This was in the October - November timeframe, and I get contacted in February after she found out I had a girlfriend and posted her on Facebook," he added.
Deputies placed Gomez in the Cumberland County Detention Center under a $10,000 secured bond. He is expected to appear in court on March 29, Wednesday. On the other hand, in Fort Bragg, there are currently numerous criminal investigations ongoing. Recent charges of first-degree murder and drug trafficking have been brought against soldiers at the North Carolina establishment. On March 7, US Special Operations Command Gen Bryan Fenton stated that recent incidents at the military facility had a corrosive effect during a hearing of the Senate Armed Services committee. Requests for comment by phone to Fort Bragg were not promptly replied, as per reports.
