'And Just Like That' Episode 4 bids adieu to late Willie Garson's role Stanford Blatch

The sixth episode saw Seema get a reminder from a relative about the upcoming Diwali celebration at home which led her to go sari shopping with Carrie tagging along. She cribbed that her family will bombard her with questions asking why she wasn't getting married but would rather go alone than have an arranged marriage. Carrie after finding out that it's a festival of lights says she needs some light and asks if she can go with her. Seema is more than happy to have her come along and tells her to get a sari as well. 'And Just Like That' protected itself from cries of 'cultural appropriation' by getting Carrie to ask Seema if she's allowed to wear Indian outfits.

To this Seema says she's going to an Indian household to celebrate an Indian festival and so it's not cultural appropriation but cultural appreciation. This later saw Carrie walk down her stairs adorned in flowers and a beautiful long skirt which viewers absolutely loved. Many loved the inclusion of Diwali in today's episode so much that it had many viewers wanting to celebrate the Indian festival as well! They took to expressing their adoration for Seema and Carrie's outfit as well. Here's what they had to say.

A fan said, "Oh I love Seema and I hope she gets introduced to the other girls too. #AndJustLikeThat", while another commented, "Diwali was fabulous. Welcome back to the light, Carrie. #andjustlikethat". A tweet read, "Now I want to go to Diwali. No appropriation, I promise! #AndJustLikeThat". A viewer said, "Cultural Appreciation #AndJustLikeThat", with another saying, "#AndJustLikeThat …A Diwali Episode!!!". A tweet also read, "OMG Carrie serving a lehenga lewk in this Diwali episode was EVERYTHING #AndJustLikeThat".
