Anastasia Pokreshchuk: Model with ‘world’s biggest cheeks’ shocks fans by getting more implants
Anastasia Pokreshchuk, a 33-year-old Instagram model who claimed to have the “biggest cheeks in the world”, has left fans stunned as she unveiled her latest cosmetic implants. Flaunting her new look on social media, Anastasia said had got more fillers injected into her face.
Before she spent more than $2,000 on fillers, the model from Kyiv, Ukraine, looked dramatically different with a thin face and brunette wavy hair. She now has highly prominent cheeks as a result of multiple filler injections. She has also dyed her hair a shade of Barbie pink. Her lips have also been enlarged over the years.
But, in order to keep her status as the world's largest, the model has now taken her appearance to the next level, sharing her newest operation with her Instagram followers. While she winces in agony, she recorded herself as the anesthetist injects the liquid into her lower jaw, right below her sculpted cheekbones. Anastasia then went across the mall confidently showing off her new, defined look after leaving the beautician's clinic. The model previously detailed how, at the age of 26, she got surgical treatments done on her face and body. In addition to her fascination with huge cheeks, she had veneers, breast implants, and botox injected into her forehead.

While many on social media weren't sold on her new look, Anastasia clearly loves her appearance. "I love them, I want them to look like this and I'm very happy. I regularly inject other parts of my face myself," she said. "I understand that they look weird for other people but I don't mind."
Responding to her haters, she said, "I've had people tell me I am an ugly b***h and that I should kill myself but when I see it I just laugh it off and ignore it."
In 2020, Anastasia appeared on 'This Morning' and told hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield that despite warnings from a despondent doctor, she would not stop injecting herself. Before asking Anastasia why she wanted to improve her looks, Schofield referred to her as a "striking vision."
"I was like a grey mouse. My nose was too big. And now I have big cheeks and big lips it looks OK."
The topic shifted to the hazards of self-injection, but Anastasiia seemed unconcerned.
"It can be dangerous but I do it with doctors and now I'm learning cosmetology in an online school," she said.
