COHASSET, MASSACHUSETTS: Prosecutors have charged Brian Walshe, the husband of Massachusetts mom Ana Walshe, in connection with his wife's death, who mysteriously vanished on New Year's Day. The circumstances surrounding her disappearance remained unknown for days until authorities charged Brian for misleading investigators.

Since the disappearance, there has been a downpour of new information from former detectives and agents. Recently a friend and colleague of Ana has revealed that she already sensed danger when she saw Ana's missing post on social media. She emphasized and said, "something horrible happened here."

THE MISSING FILES: Brian Walshe may have killed wife Ana 'in an unplanned act of passion,' says expert

Pamela Bardhi told News Nation's 'Banfield' that "it was interesting as I started to connect the dots after I saw the missing post, so first of, when I saw it on social media, my stomach, like every fabric of my being, said something horrible had happened here." When asked why she thought like that, she said, "my intuition? I just looked at it and said something was wrong."

Brian, who was already in jail for lying to investigators, has now been charged with Ana's murder. For weeks, police has been piecing together various pieces of evidence. Although cops have searched the family home, backyard, and other areas of Cohasset, Ana's body is yet to be found, as per reports.

Chilling details about Brian Walshe

Brian was arrested for misleading investigators shortly after Ana's disappearance and held on a $500,000 bail. He entered a not-guilty plea. According to prosecutors, after Ana went missing, Brian told authorities that he went out for ice cream with his son on January 2, however, in a surveillance video, he was seen purchasing cleaning supplies at a Home Depot in Rockland, as reported by The Sun.

However, other disturbing elements about Brian have been unveiled that he reportedly looked up "how to dispose of a 115-pound woman's body" online in the days following Ana's mysterious disappearance. According to KKTV, cops later discovered a broken knife and blood in the couple's basement. It is, however, unknown whose blood it was. Later, law enforcement sources told CNN that evidence recovered included a hacksaw, torn-up cloth material, and what appear to be bloodstains. After Ana went missing, Brian allegedly asked his landlord if he had any surveillance cameras installed. He also informed the landlord that Ana was missing and inquired if he had seen her.

When Ana and Brian met ?

Ana and Brian first met in 2008. Her name was Anna Ljubicic Knipp at the time, and she worked at the Wheatleigh Hotel in the Berkshires. Brian, on the other hand, is the son of a well-known Boston neurosurgeon. Ana's mother told a Serbian newspaper that her daughter met Brian while cleaning his apartment. In 2015, the couple married in Serbia and moved to a wealthy seaside suburb south of Boston. Their relationship, however, became toxic over time.
