Who is Kelsey Nicole Harris? Tory Lanez’s attorney says Megan Thee Stallion’s ex-BFF may have shot her
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Torey Lanez's attorney, Shawn Holley, made a shocking allegation regarding the shooting incident of Megan thee Stallion at Kylie Jenner's party in 2020. His attorney claims that it was her ex-BFF, Kelsey Nicole Harris, who shot the singer, not him. Megan was reportedly shot in the foot in July 2020. However, Megan has repeatedly claimed that Lanez pulled the trigger. His team has now taken a different turn.
According to Hot New Hip Hop, both Lanez and Harris tested positive for gunshot residue. Rolling Stones reporter, Nancy Dillion tweeted, “Lanez denies being shooter. Megan will testify & is adamant she saw Lanez fire. Lanez’s attorney plans to present the theory Megan’s former best friend Kelsey Harris could have discharged gun. (Both Lanez & Harris tested+ for GSR… it travels in small spaces). Harris also due to testify.”

Further, she added, “Lanez just walked into the courtroom holding hands with a young boy who appeared to be his son (I couldn’t get a good look, media lined up to the side). Lanez also was accompanied by his father. Not clear how long the child will stay. Judges typically restrict kids under 10.” The defense also stated, "Harris will testify that she ‘saw her close friend get shot by the defendant.'” Later, the tweet stated, "A prosecutor also showed visual of a series of text messages that Kelsey Harris sent Megan’s bodyguard” about five minutes after the shooting. They read: “Help,” “Tory shot Meg,” and “911.” Megan who was kicked out of the party by Kylie Jenner left along with Lanez.

On the way back home, Lanez allegedly revealed he and Megan slept together behind Harris’s back. This ended up in a fight between the duo. Later, Harris revealed allegedly that Megan did the same with DaBaby and Ben Simmons after Harris dated them both.
Who is Kelsey Nicole Harris?
Kelsey Nicole Harris is famous for being the ex-best friend of Megan. They both went to college together. They attended Houston’s Prairie View A&M University for their freshman year along with their mutual friend Darren. The trio eventually became popular in college with their twerking videos. Kelsey also worked as an assistant to Megan. Megan once said to Rolling Stones, “Kelsey is very business-minded, very organized, very on-time. I’m like, ‘You should quit your job and be my assistant,'”
She is currently a business owner and has three major businesses: KN Management, a talent management company. Harris also owns a holiday rental called Airb n Chill. The Ex-Bf also owns a nightclub called 'The Royals,' and she is a mother to her one-year-old son. As a friend to Megan, she has constantly supported the singer throughout her career till their split.
According to Hollywood Life.com, During the record label dispute with Carl Crawford, she came forward and stated, "Sir you have no idea what you’re talking about Carl hasn’t spent any money on megan since 2017 MEGAN PAYS FOR ALL HER OWN S***T Speak facts if you’re going to speak. Megan ain’t never been greedy in her life, and whatever he invested he made back plus more,” Harris wrote.
Further, she added, “She didn’t attempt to sign with anyone else, she never not once tried to leave 1501. She was also Megan's cheerleader. In 2019, Kelsey wrote on Instagram while the rapper won the BET award, she wrote, “Success is no accident , it is hard work, sacrifice and loving what you do! I am beyond proud of you and all you have accomplished & know you’re on the way to achieve much more! Congratulationsssssssss. You have always been such a selfless, confident, and authentic individual & I admire you for that! You’ve stayed true to yourself and journey without allowing shit to interfere or slow you down."
The duo split in September 2020, with Harris claiming on Instagram and alleged that Megan had been “messing with” men she was with first after Megan released 'Diss' taking a jab at her former assistant. Some of the lines in the track aimed at Harris included, “Watching me succeed from your knees, Suckin’ d***, I know you want attention from the n***** that I get, I’m a steak, you a side plate, Shrimp, stay in your place."
Harris also gave back another track named 'Buss it back' to Megan, where she said, “Are you lying to your label, Do they really know what happened? (Who shot ya)."
The other lines stated, "Cause you know it wasn’t me, I was 10 toes down whenever you had beef. It’s a goddamn shame." The next set included, "All you had to do was clear your best friend’s name, All you had to do is keep it real and stay the same, But you switched up on me for the money and the fame," reported Urban Islandz.com
