Shanquella Robinson's father seeks justice and lashes out at her 'friends' for 'plotting' out of envy
CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA: Shanquella Robinson, a successful Charlotte businesswoman who mysteriously died in Cabo during a Mexico trip with "friends" in late October has devastated her whole family. In a recent interview, Shanquella's heartbroken father lashed out at 'friends' assuming that they had been "plotting" the entire time because they were "jealous and envious" of his daughter. Bernard Robinson who lost his daughter in a Cabo birthday getaway said that the loss of his 25-year-old daughter has shaken him to his "core."
When the father was asked about information regarding the ongoing investigation, he said that he hasn't heard anything from Mexican officials who are looking into what transpired on Shanquella's fatal Cabo vacation with her alleged six friends. In the Court TV interview, Bernard also revealed that he didn't know the friends but was aware they went to college together, reported RadarOnline.

After arriving at Villa Linda 32 on October 28, she tragically lost her life the next day. The viral video which circulated through the internet has prompted suspicions that the friends she met up with might have been involved in Shanquella's untimely death.
"She didn't see it coming," Bernard stated, noting that Shanquella's mother was told their daughter died of "alcohol poisoning," while her death certificate stated otherwise, indicating a "severe spinal cord injury and atlas luxation." "I'm not even going to say they're friends. They are not friends," he continued.
"I just want to know why," Bernard pleaded before fighting back tears, stating he thought she was going to bury him but he ended up burying her. When they did spend time together, he discussed how it was a blessing to be her father. "She was real," Bernard said, calling her a "people person" who truly cared for others. Before her life was cut short, he exclaimed with pride that his daughter was on the honor roll, calling her "bright" and proclaiming that she was on her way to greatness.
According to new information obtained by the news outlet mentioned above, the investigation is still underway and Mexican police is requesting the extradition of an unidentified suspect. The Baja California Sur state attorney general's office announced that it had issued an arrest warrant for a lady who was "the likely responsible" party in the incident.
