LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Bruce Willis is surrounded by the love of his blended family as he poses with ex Demi Moore and current wife Emma Heming along with their five children in a sweet family photo.

On Tuesday, December 13, the 67-year-old actor appeared in a Christmas family picture shared on Moore's Instagram. "We are FAMILY!! Getting into the holiday spirit!" she captioned the festive slideshow, which features Willis posing with Moore and their three daughters Tallulah, 28, Scout, 31, and Rumer, 34 as well as wife Emma Heming Willis, and their two children, 8-year-old Evelyn Penn and Mabel Ray, 10.

'He's slipping further away': Bruce Willis' family pray for Christmas miracle as star's health worsens

The 'Die Hard' actor, who has retired from his decades-long career in Hollywood following his aphasia diagnosis, held onto Tallulah's dog, Pilaf while he stood in front of a garland-wrapped staircase, with a Christmas tree right behind them. The series of snaps also featured Willis smiling and sweetly holding hands at the dinner table. The slideshow showed another picture of Willis holding Pilaf while Tallulah and Moore hug him. The shared post lastly featured a snap of the family's two pets.

The images received tons of love from their celebrity pals, including a "Merry Christmas Yo all!" from Rita Wilson. "What a fun evening," Emma Heming wrote in the comments.

The shots were reportedly clicked earlier this month when the family gathered together to celebrate the holidays. Tallulah shared a photo on her social media on December 8, of herself, Pilaf, and Moore as they snuggled up to each other, while Willis and Pilaf appear to lock eyes. "The laser beam communication between Pilaf and Papa is stunning," Tallulah wrote in the caption." I love my parents and my family - I do I do I do!" she added.

Willis’ family announced back in March he was suffering from a brain condition that affects the patient's ability to speak and understand language. "This is a really challenging time for our family and we are so appreciative of your continued love, compassion, and support," they wrote at the time. "We are moving through this as a strong family unit, and wanted to bring his fans in because we know how much he means to you, as you do to him. As Bruce always says, 'Live it up' and together we plan to do just that." While the family is aware that the veteran actor will not be around forever, they are currently hoping for a "Christmas miracle" to save him.
