LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: 'American Idol' fans took to social media to demand the removal of judges Luke Bryan and Lionel Richie from the show, following the announcement of Katy Perry's departure after this season. Many viewers expressed dissatisfaction with the judging panel, criticizing Bryan and Richie for their perceived lack of constructive criticism throughout the season.

Fans argued that the judges' failure to provide meaningful feedback undermined the integrity of the competition and did not serve the contestants' best interests. Some fans believed that removing Bryan and Richie would restore the lost essence of the show and bring back a more authentic and insightful judging format.
