'American Idol' 2023: Who is Paige Anne? Teen sensation has performed with Alex Boye and David Archuleta
IDAHO FALLS, IDAHO: 'American Idol' season 21 has already got some of the greatest singing voices. But the ABC singing competition still has a long line-up of aspiring singers who are waiting to become global icons. Among the hopefuls is the immensely talented Paige Anne.
Teenager Anne is now ready to make her 'American Idol' debut to get a golden ticket to Hollywood from all three judges Luke Bryan, Katy Perry, and Lionel Richie. Anne has previously tried her luck in other competitions but failed to get through the auditions.

Who is Paige Anne?
Anne, 16, hails from Idaho Falls, Idaho. The aspiring singer went viral headlining the national anthem at Utah Jazz basketball games in 2018 when she was just 11. She stunned the crowd with her impressive vocals and soon took her talent to 'America’s Got Talent'. She has also performed at the Monster Energy SuperCross, Lucas Pro Oil MotorCross, Arizona Diamondbacks baseball games, and the Idaho State Fair. Anne also gained some fame after she appeared in 'The Vocalist' 2020. Additionally, the aspiring singer featured in the country-rock cover band Almost Famous as a guest artist for Big House Jazz Band and was a lead performer in the Rexburg Children's Choir.
Besides being a singer, Anne has also penned a few songs. She made her singing debut with 'Missile' and has garnered thousands of streams on Spotify. The singer-songwriter's album credits also include 'Free', 'Snow', 'The Way You Got Me', and 'Who Invited Them'. Anne teamed up with an impressive group of songwriters and record producers from Obeeyay ('Winnin' and 'Just a Fling') to Zach Sorgen ('Sugarsweet' and 'Home') soon after she developed the concepts behind her new music. Besides, she has also performed with Alex Boye and David Archuleta.

Anne is all set to make her debut on 'American Idol' season 21. The singing sensation's first look photo of the audition has been revealed by ABC network. In the photos, Anne looks stunning in her casual avatar. Meanwhile, the rising singer has also shared a few photos with a huge 'Idol' in the background. Alongside the photo, the singer penned, "So excited to say I auditioned for @americanidol in front of @katyperry @lionelrichie and @lukebryan Tune on Feb. 19th to see how my audition went‼️" Additionally, Anne shared her excitement on social media and gave a shout-out to the restaurant that hosted a watch party for her. Anne wrote, "The news we have all been waiting for...me included! My Audition will air on AMERICAN IDOL on Sunday, March 19th, 2023."
She also invited her fans, writing, "The Zone will be hosting a watch party that evening. Doors open at 5:30. I will be singing live with my favorite band, Almost Famous, through the evening. Everyone is invited!! Let me know if you are coming! It will be a fun night!"
New episodes of 'American Idol' Season 21 air at 8 pm ET on Sundays. It will be available on Hulu the next day.
