Amanda Bynes is pregnant with first child with fiance Paul Michael, duo share ultrasound image to announce news
'She's the Man' star Amanda Bynes confirmed on March 17 that she is all set for parenthood and is expecting her first child. She shared the good news on her Instagram handle.
The 33-year-old actor is having the baby after reuniting with her ex Paul Michael. Michael and Bynes reportedly had a brief split.
Bynes' fiancé Michael shared a series of photos on Instagram. The photo slideshow contained a selfie of himself and the pregnant actress, followed by an ultrasound image of the baby with Bynes' name on it. He captioned the post saying, "Baby in the making." Bynes later posted a photo of the ultrasound image and captioned it, "Baby on board!"
The actor has been in care for mental health issues and is currently undergoing treatment for the same. According to a news report from last week, Bynes and Michael had split up, which came in about three weeks after they got engaged. But with the current development, it appears that the two are on good terms again. She even shared a selfie, the same one as her beau did, and captioned it "My love".
After that, a week later, the actress introduced her beau to her followers and fans on Instagram. She also posted a video of herself with Michael.
"Hey everyone, this is Paul, my fiancé," she captioned her post. "I'm so lucky. As you can see, he's drop-dead gorgeous. And, he's also the best person on the face of the earth."
Although there is not much detail available about their relationship, some close sources have revealed that the couple first met sometime at the end of 2019. Then, on Valentine’s Day this year, the duo got engaged. During that time, the actress even showed off her engagement ring in a close-up photo and captioned it, "Engaged to that love of my life."
A few weeks after the engagement the couple split for a short while and reunited again.
Bynes has been known to keep her private life away from social media and that has been her practice for the last few years. However, Michael refuted any news of them splitting.
