When will 'All Rise' Season 2 Episode 8 air? Lola's absence starts becoming a hassle in 'Bette Davis Eyes'
Even since its premiere on November 16, Season 2 of CBS's legal drama 'All Rise' has been quite inconsistent with its schedule. The last time the show had gone on a break was after airing Episode 6 of Season 2 on January 4. Following that, the show took another hiatus until tonight, as 'All Rise' returns on the network with the brand new Episode 7. But fans might feel jilted again because the show isn't here to stay for long. After tonight's episode, 'All Rise' takes another short hiatus for two weeks. Read on to find out when to expect what's next.
According to TV schedules and listings, 'All Rise' won't air a new episode next week on its 9 pm slot on Tuesday on CBS. Instead, the show will air the older Episode 4 from Season 1, titled 'A View From The Bus'. The new episode of this season or 'All Rise' Season 2 Episode 8 will air on Tuesday after that, February 8, at 9 pm only on CBS. Titled 'Bette Davis Eyes', the official synopsis of the episode reveals: "Mark (Wilson Bethel) is forced to prosecute his childhood icon, Samara Strong (Lesley Ann Warren), an '80s Hollywood star accused of murdering her husband 30 years ago. It's a showdown between him and celebrity lawyer Adam Pryce (Jere Burns), who makes a mockery of the courthouse. To make matters worse, Judge Laski (Paul McCrane) is presiding over cases in 802 while Lola (Simone Missick) is on maternity leave."
The episode airing instead next Tuesday will see action pick up. "When a jury's field trip to a crime scene takes a dramatic turn. Judge Lola Carmichael must determine if the trip she granted helped the defendant or biased the jury. Also, Mark is ready to take down a reputed crime boss, but discovers it's more complicated after he learns that a cop may have tampered with the evidence."
As for what to expect from tonight's Episode 7, titled 'Almost The Meteor', here's what the synopsis details: "While Lola is on maternity leave after going into labor while on the bench, she attempts to participate remotely in Judge Brenner's special training about brain science and the law. Also, when Luke finds himself opposite Emily on an armed robbery case, he sees an ally in his experiment with restorative justice, and Mark hits another roadblock in his high profile case against a sheriff's deputy."
'All Rise' Season 2 airs on Mondays at 9 pm only on CBS.
