'AGT' Season 19: Watch The Reklaws' audition video that has fans questioning NBC's protocol
PASADENA, CALIFORNIA: Stewart and Jenna are a brother-sister combo known as The Reklaws, which is their surname, Walker, spelled backward. As they hit the stage for the Week 3 audition of 'America's Got Talent' Season 19, several viewers couldn't help but criticize the NBC show for allowing relatively famous people to audition.
The duo performed in memory of their deceased mother. Stewart and Jenna are from Canada and perform country music.

They performed an original song on the June 11 episode. Jenna told Simon Cowell, "We've been chasing this dream for a long, long time."
However, on X, fans wrote, "Unfair advantage. Thought that song sounded familiar." Another viewer pointed out, "The Recklaws have won awards and have music on radio. Seems weird for AGT which should be renamed WGT world has talent."

Howie Mandel tears up at The Reklaws' 'AGT' Season 19 audition
"I don't really respond to lyrics like I responded to this," Howie Mandel stated, choking back tears. Howie stated that he is enthusiastic about campaigning for mental health and likes Reklaw's lyrics.
"That was a great, great audition. Unbelievably powerful," Simon added. Stewart and Jenna received unanimous approval from the four judges.
'AGT judge Howie Mandel was diagnosed with ADHD and OCD as an adult
Howie was diagnosed with ADHD and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) as an adult, but he can't remember ever not having them. Back in the 1960s, when he was growing up, his symptoms had no name, and you didn't go to the doctor to find out. So, in Howie's instance, they were known as "Howie Mandel". As he got older, such eccentricities made their way into his comedy.
'Deal or No Deal' works well for his ADHD symptoms. He walks up, greets the candidates, and moves about the set. He is not huddled behind a pedestal, reading trivia questions. Furthermore, he's always had trouble sitting still and listening for extended periods of time. The show saves him from these problems. Howie can live in the now. It's like a stand-up routine.
Creating a scripted television series is challenging, since his problems make it difficult to create or understand scripts. He can do it—he was in 'St. Elsewhere' back then—but it's difficult. Fortunately, Howie's parents welcomed his oddities and idiosyncrasies. He has the finest family; everyone just offers him love, support, and strength.
Despite this, managing his disease's symptoms may be difficult, frightening, and gloomy at times.
Who are The Reklaws in 'AGT' Season 19?
Jenna and Stuart Walker are siblings who form The Reklaws, a Canadian country music duet. Their duet "Can't Help Myself" with Dean Brody has 48 million Spotify streams.
They have also worked with Drake Milligan from 'AGT' and country music artist Jake Owen. The pair also had four #1 hits on the Canadian country charts, including a duet with Drake called "Honky Tonkin' About."
They were nominated for three JUNO Awards in 2023 and hosted the CCMA Awards in 2023.
'America's Got Talent' Season 19 airs on Tuesdays on NBC at 8 pm ET
