Adam Fravel: Father of Madeline Kingsbury's children denies involvement in mom-of-two's mysterious disappearance
WINONA, MINNESOTA: On Wednesday, April 12, the father of Madeline Kingsbury's children, Adam Fravel, addressed the media for the first time since her disappearance last month. Fravel insisted that he had nothing to do with her disappearance.
Kingsbury, 26, disappeared on Friday, March 31 after dropping off her two children, ages 5 and 2, with their father at their creche in Winona, Minnesota. Her disappearance has been described by the police as "out of character" and "involuntary and suspicious." Fravel said in a statement, "My family and I have been subject to a myriad of accusations regarding the disappearance of the mother of my children," according to local TV station KSTP.

'I did not have anything to do with Maddi’s disappearance'
Fravel stated, "During these last 12 days, I have cooperated with law enforcement at every turn, including sitting down for multiple interviews with Winona County law enforcement. I did not have anything to do with Maddi’s disappearance."
Fravel informed police that he had left their house around 10 and when he arrived Kingsbury wasn't home, but her phone, wallet, and jacket were still there. He stated, "I want the mother of my 5-year-old and 2-year-old to be found and brought home safely. I want that more than anything."
Fravel claimed that on Sunday, April 2, the police advised him to maintain a low profile, advice he now seemed to regret. He stated, "My non-attendance and silence has been inferred by many as a sign of apathy, or worse. That could not be further from the truth," according to New York Post.
'It's always the kids other parent'
Many people have reacted to the statements made by Fravel on Twitter with one person writing, "OK then well we should believe him. laughable." Another person wrote, "You be watched enough Dateline to know... It's always the kids other parent."
A third person wrote, "Why aren't they pulling out his fingernails one at a time yet? The story is bullshit. They both bring the kids to daycare, but she doesn't go to work. They both go home. Then he leaves the house in her van for a couple hours, returns and claims she's missing. He did it."One person highlighting that Fravel was the last person who Kingsbury was spotted with wrote, "Surprise, surprise, the last person to see #MadelineKingsbury, is her baby daddy. Oh, boy." Another person responded, "Yeah he's my number one suspect as well. It seems suspicious and the police won't say whether he's been cooperative or not? Even more sus."
