Many entrepreneurs would sell their firstborn to close a deal with the Sharks on 'Shark Tank', but Busy Baby founder Beth Fynbo wouldn't be one of them. The Minnesota-based entrepreneur entered the tank seeking $250K in exchange for a 5% stake in her company.

Beth managed to impress the Sharks with her wonderful and detailed presentation of her product that she pitched as not only a placemat that prevented babies from throwing objects on ground, but also a host of teething toys that they could play and chew on. Beth's backstory of her determination to appear on 'Shark Tank' and working on the product's prototype while her baby was sleeping touched their hearts. She finally managed to get an offer from none other than QVC queen Lori Greiner herself, but unfortunately, the offer wasn't closed, and fans aren't pleased about it.

Although the Sharks unanimously agreed that Beth was a very strong and smart businesswoman for being able to launch a business in the baby products sector, they felt that it was a very tough market and decided to opt out of it. Lori, however already has a baby product The Baby Toon, and has pretty good ties and contacts in the sector, and felt that she could take Busy Baby to the next level.

Lori was keen on closing the deal, but wanted 20% stake in the company instead of the 5% that Beth wanted to offer. Beth tried to get Lori to agree to 10%, but the Shark felt that 20% was a fair deal. Beth then came up witha counter offer of 15%. Lori countered it with 18%. Beth made it very clear that she didn't want to go any further than 15% no matter what. Lori too wasn't willing to go below 18%. So, Beth walked out of the tank without any deal.

She didn't want to give up 18%?!?! #SharkTank I am truly shocked." Another fan wrote, "Last lady on #sharktank made a huge mistake in my opinion. Huge!."

Another fan shared, "Idk about giving up that offer... I would have jumped on working with Lori #sharktank." "She should have took the deal. I hope her company makes it. #sharktank," commenetd another fan. "Wow! Walking away from a deal with Lori over an extra three lousy percent when you own **100%** of your company? Classic case of stepping over a dime to get to a nickel. #SharkTank," pointed a fan.
