For a drama series, ‘For Life’ struck the right chords with its latest episode, which ran high on emotions. ‘Do Us Part’ saw Aaron Wallace (Nicholas Pinnock) go against the prison board to fulfill the final wish of his fellow inmate’s sick girlfriend while risking his own chances at the retrial.

The impact of the last episode is such that fans are flooding Twitter with comments, which sympathize with Aaron to a great extent and also laud him for emerging a bigger person. Episode 7 saw Glen Maskins (Boris McGiver) eliminate every last chance Aaron had in overturning his conviction by stopping Angelo from appearing at the court and testifying for his friend.

Much irked by Maskins and Dez O’ Reilly (Erik Jensen), one fan wrote, “#ForLife Another great episode, good karma in the bank with the two selfless deeds. I can see him getting out in Season 2 and Season 3, the bitches steady trying to put him back in.”

Meanwhile, the majority of fans are seen grabbing tissues after witnessing Aaron’s goodwill, which could land him in prison. “Aaron Wallace is looking out for others more than he is himself. His purpose in law was to aid his freedom, but he doing Pro Bono work and comprising his own litigation. #ForLife" noted one fan.

Besides the usual legal and political drama, the episode provided more clarification on his relationship with wife Marie Wallace (Joy Bryant) as he presents her with the signed divorce papers, finally accepting his fate and Marie’s relationship with Darius Johnson.

However, Aaron fans expressed their disappointment about his decision to sign the papers. “Damn Aaron won one case, and end up losing the snitch bull. Now he dropped the signed divorce papers on his wife," one wrote.

“I didn't think this episode could get any more emotional...but then that last moment!I still believe in Aaron & Marie so much,” another wrote.

Although Aaron has made up his mind this time, fans are of opinion that Marie wouldn’t go ahead with the divorce, for she has established time and again that she wouldn’t ever betray Aaron. “I don't think Marie will sign those papers anyway," said one fan.

‘For Life’ airs on Tuesdays on ABC.
