The recent episode of Season 4 of 'A Million Little Things' aired on February 23, 2022, on ABC, had one of the most hard-hitting and core memory scenes. Fans were touched when Eddie jumped off his wheelchair and dived headfirst into the swimming pool.

At a time when Rome needed someone to just help him get out of bed, Eddie lent his shoulder, took Rome on car rides, and even went out of his way to arrange for drinks by the pool, something Rome had visualized doing in the beaches of Maui. The advice Eddie gave Rome was this: "You do what you gotta do, even if it's harder now". Rome pulls the reverse card with the advice, which was all the motivation Eddie needed to make the jump!
