The recent episode of 'A Million Little Things' dropped a big bomb on viewers. On the final leg of episode 14 of Season 4, Maggie (Allison Miller) said "I felt a lump" while getting frisky with Gary (James Roday Rodriguez) in bed. Is his cancer back?

The couple has already gone through a rollercoaster with regard to their relationship. Having said that, it almost felt magical to see them together after Maggie's cancer scare, Gary having to see her with Cam (Ryan Hansen), her and Gary finally finding their way back together, on the same page about someday having children; all the good coming to a shocking standstill in the end.
