LONDON, ENGLAND: Andie Bell's unsettling murder investigation in 'A Good Girl's Guide to Murder' has led Pip Fitz-Amobi (Emma Myers) on a mission to discover the truth.

Pip spent five years convinced that Sal Singh (Rahul Pattni) was innocent, and she's now determined to prove it. However, in Episode 4, her investigation takes a major turn, leading her to question Sal's innocence.

At one point, she even starts to believe that Sal might have been guilty all along and that she was pursuing a mystery that never existed. This even leads to her falling out with Ravi Singh (Zain Iqbal), with whom she had started to develop a special bond.

This is until Pip finds a breakthrough evidence proving that Sal was falsely incriminated in Andie Bell's (India Lillie Davies) murder case.

It was evident from Pip's first interview with Naomi Ward that she was hiding something. Naomi's statement didn't match with Max Hastings's (Henry Ashton), leading Pip to believe that either one of them was hiding something.

In Episode 4, when Pip is about to give up on the case, Naomi leads her to a crucial evidence. This suggests she knew something all along but was too scared or guilt-ridden to share it.

Naomi points Pip to an Instagram profile with a photo taken on the night of the murder. The photo, featuring Naomi and two friends, was taken after midnight. Pip realizes that Sal took the photo, proving he was with his friends at the time of the murder and couldn't have killed Andie.

Naomi's confession could help Pip crack the case in 'A Good Girl's Guide to Murder'

When Pip confronts Naomi for misleading the police by lying about Sal, she says in fear that they had to lie because "they found out what we did."

Based on the revelations so far, it's clear that Sal is innocent. However, Naomi and Max aren't! They must have done something terrible, and when Andie went missing, they were likely blackmailed into incriminating Sal.

The episode doesn't specify who "they" refers to in Naomi's statements, but it's evident that Naomi feels immense guilt for framing Sal for a crime he didn't commit, ultimately leading to his death.

If Naomi finally gathers the courage to tell the truth, Pip might solve the entire mystery. However, it's not going to be an easy road ahead as Max wouldn't want the secrets to come out. Moreover, the real culprit in Andie's case would also attempt at silencing Pip before the truth comes out.

'A Good Girl's Guide to Murder' is now streaming on Netflix.
