Well, we all know what kind of gift Massimo will get and it’s exactly the same. Laura calls Massimo in a room that has been exactly designed like the room where she saw Massimo having sex with a girl in the first movie while being tied up. They have sex and things start to go awry after that particular sex scene when Massimo reveals that he has a brother that he would never want to see.

Laura gets upset and their lives begin to crumble. So, what will happen now? Will the couple be able to settle their differences? Or something dangerous is waiting for them? Let’s take a look.

‘365 Days: This Day’ Ending Explained: Did Massimo betray Laura?

After the aforementioned scene, the couple goes to a party where they seem to show that there is something wrong between the two. Massimo takes off for a business discussion, while Laura talks to her parents. Everyone is dancing with their partners and Laura is looking out for Massimo. She sees Massimo in the passage right above the ballroom but gets shocked when he sees him going inside the room with none other than Anna. Laura follows them and found them having sex with each other. Anna sees her and smiles as Massimo keeps on ignoring the fact that Laura is present there.

She leaves the party and as soon as she was about to leave the venue, she is stopped by Nacho, the new gardener who she met a couple of days ago. At the time, she had a conversation with him and thought of him as a nice guy. In the present scenario, Laura tells him to take somewhere far from here. Laura feels stupid for trusting Massimo. She calls her mother and tells her that she is going far away for some time and she is safe.

Meanwhile, Massimo is really worried about what has happened. But here comes the plot twist. We see Massimo and Anna sitting with each other and Anna reveals that Laura doesn’t know that Massimo has a “twin brother”. Yes, it was Anna and Massimo’s twin brother Adriano who made the plan to take revenge on Massimo. However, their plan didn’t work out because Laura leaves the place.

Nacho takes Laura to his place and takes very good care of her. After having a great evening with him, Laura dreams of having sex with Nacho, but her dream gets over when someone barges inside Nacho’s house. Nacho takes care of the problem as Laura hugs Nacho.

The next day, Nacho takes her to a beach that is secluded and they spend some quality time together. It seemed that they have feelings for each other. Once again, Laura had an erotic dream about Nacho and her having sex, but this time, it was not just kissing. Laura suddenly wakes up and tells Nacho about the dream. So, they eventually get closer.

Elsewhere, Massimo doesn’t know where Laura is and meets Anna. He gets to know that she is behind all of this, but has no proof. In the end, she finally receives a video on his phone through which he gets to know where Laura is.

It turns out that Nacho comes from a family that’s a business rival of Massimo. Nacho’s father believes that Massimo has been spreading its wings too much and making business hard for them. Massimo says that he wants to see his wife right away. Nacho’s father says that she is fine and is with his bodyguard. Nacho says that he’s with someone else. Massimo and Nacho work together to bring her back.

Laura is inside an old abandoned warehouse and sees Massimo coming her way. She asks why he betrayed her but seeing his mannerisms, she realizes that it’s not Massimo she is talking to. Adriano reveals that he is Massimo’s twin brother and always wanted to take revenge on Massimo because he never got what he deserved. Anna makes an entrance as well and was getting ready to shoot Laura.

Massimo and Nacho reach there as well. During the conversation, Massimo gets to know the biggest secret that Laura never told him. He gets to know that Laura was pregnant earlier and had a miscarriage in the accident that happened in the first movie. Laura has tears in his eyes and gets away from Adriano's shackles. She runs toward Massimo and that’s when Anna shoots her and the bullet goes through her abdomen.

Nacho shoots Anna while Massimo shoots Adriano. The movie ends with Massimo crying while having Laura in her arms. It’s still unclear if Laura has died or not because the ending of the first movie also made it obvious that Laura had died, but she returned. Let’s see if makers want to expand the ‘365 Days’ franchise further or not.
