'1000-lb Sisters' fans are worried about the well being of Amy Slaton and her unborn baby. The current season focuses on Tammy Slaton falling off the wagon and weighing almost 50 pounds more than she did the last time. She was supposed to reach her goal weight and then undergo weight loss surgery. However, she admitted to eating whatever she could during the lockdown. Amy on the other hand became pregnant with her first child and while it has been a lifelong dream for her and Michael to be parents, it comes with a lot of dangers including a risk to her life.

Dr Procter had given both the sisters certain instructions related to their lifestyle but both of them didn't pay any heed to it. The previous episode saw Tammy reeling after Dr Procter lashed out at her and fired her as a patient while also informing her and the family that there's an 80 percent chance that she will die in the next five years. The upcoming episode will see Amy living out her worst nightmare after she ends up in the hospital following terrible stomach pain.

This episode was shot when Amy was five months pregnant with her baby and she was under the impression that she's gone into labor. She was warned about early labor and premature birth. Amy was asked to wait two years after the surgery in order to conceive a child and she was on birth control, but it failed and resulted in the pregnancy. Meanwhile, at the house, Tammy was worried sick thinking about something going wrong. After receiving an update from Michael, a few hours later Tammy was able to get Amy on the phone who was bawling inconsolably. Amy was having a panic attack and she was so out of it that she told Tammy that she's on life support and "I'm too young to die." Tammy tells the cameras that her sister's blood pressure has shot through the roof in the trailer of the upcoming episode and worries that this might cause the baby to come early.

Fans who watched the trailer, which was also teased at the end of last week's episode, are worried sick and are praying for Amy. "Amy’s so overwhelmed with emotions especially while being pregnant and her size, I’m praying for these sisters," wrote a fan. "I think Amy is just pregnant and overwhelmed praying for her and the baby," commented another fan. "Really hope that the baby and Amy will be okay, she has wanted a baby for a while. I pray they will be okay," read another. To find out what happens to Amy Slaton's baby, audiences will have to wait a little more for that update which will hopefully be revealed in this season or via her Instagram page.

'1000-lb Sisters' airs on Mondays at 10 pm ET on TLC.
