Brian Kleinschmidt

Developer and TV personality Brian Kleinschmidt, who is based in Tampa, is well-known in the house construction sector. When Brian was a young child, he developed a passion for building by spending weekends and summers working on projects with his father and grandfather. He attended the University of Central Florida to further his education while volunteering for Habitat for Humanity in his spare time. There he found his love for home construction and started honing his craft. After earning his degree, Brian began to flip houses on his own. This allowed him to launch a network of fitness centers in Tampa.

He had to start over after the 2008 housing meltdown left him with little funds in his financial accounts. During this trying period, Brian ran across Mika McGee, his high school crush, who had also gone through a major life upheaval. It was at this point that the two reconnected and started a romance that would take them on a path of love, business, and creativity. At the time, Mika had dropped a lot of weight as part of her personal health journey.

Brian and Mika launched Dirt 2 Design, a business that specializes in building and designing custom homes for clients in 100 days or less, thanks to Brian's experience in home construction and Mika's love of design. As the company's construction manager, Brian is responsible for making sure each project is finished on schedule and on budget. He is committed to turning each client's vision for their ideal house into reality and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table.

In addition to his work with Dirt 2 Design, Brian is a TV personality who has appeared on a number of home improvement and construction programs, such as 'Rock the Block' and '100 Day Dream Home'. He and Mika have won both of these competitions and are now well-known in the home construction and design industries.

Mika Kleinschmidt

A top real estate agent in Tampa, Mika Kleinschmidt is renowned for her knowledge of new development and design. Mika began her journey into the world of real estate after a decade-long career in the fitness sector, where she aided customers in reaching their individual goals. With her new venture, she was trying to take on a new challenge in life. She soon found that her fitness-related knowledge and expertise were well suited for her new line of work. She saw that assisting people in finding their ideal house and helping them achieve their own objectives shared many similarities and both required perseverance, compassion, and hard effort.

The success of Dirt 2 Design, the business she and her husband, Brian, started, has benefited greatly from Mika's dedication to and proficiency in new building and design. In order to ensure that every client receives the home of their dreams, Mika's job at the company includes assisting them through the real estate specifics and design options. Every item she works on demonstrates her love for creating and designing, and her attention to detail is unparalleled.

Mika is a television personality in addition to her job with Dirt 2 Design. She has also appeared in a number of home improvement and construction programs, such as 'Rock the Block' and '100 Day Dream Home'.

Mika and Brian Kleinschmidt have established successful careers in the field of residential architecture. Their union is a testament to tenacity and fortitude, and everything they do is driven by a passion for assisting others in finding and creating the house of their dreams. It's no surprise that they have become one of the most sought-after home-building teams in the nation given their contagious energy and inventiveness.

When Brian and Mika Kleinschmidt first saw each other in the girls' chorus in high school, Brian immediately developed feelings for Mika. It took them about ten years after graduation to get back in touch and begin a relationship that eventually resulted in their marriage. They both followed their passions along the road, with Mika working in the fitness and real estate professions and Brian acquiring experience in construction and house flipping.

They finally pooled their talents and founded Dirt 2 Design, a business that helps customers build their ideal homes. Several HGTV episodes, including '100 Day Dream Home' and 'Rock the Block', where they won the season, have covered their love story and business cooperation.
