OMAHA, NEBRASKA: A search is ongoing for the missing Nebraska mother who mysteriously disappeared nearly a week ago. Cari Allen, 43, who is divorced and has a teenage son was last seen on Saturday night, November 19 around 11 pm. Allen is described by friends as "friendly, passionate, and caring," and her colleagues said it was unusual for the 43-year-old to disappear.
On Wednesday, authorities searched Allen's home and also towed her dark sedan which was left in the garage. Police took the car for a closer inspection back at headquarters while lab techs reportedly found envelopes of possible evidence, according to 10 11 Now. A day before police also searched a home of Aldrick Scott after receiving an alarming call claiming the homeowner may have committed murder.

Aldrick Scott is an army veteran with multiple combat deployments and is "muay Tai and jiu-jitsu trained." Police on Tuesday received a chilling 911 call from a third party in Texas claiming a man may have "killed his girlfriend." Officials arrived at a residence in Topeka, Kansas armed with rifles and canines. However, the homeowner was not at home. Officials then conducted a search at his home and collected some evidence, according to Daily Mail.
Authorities would not confirm if Scott was involved with Allen or connected to her disappearance. Officials have also provided information about the evidence carried from Scotts' home and why there was no sign of him. However, Investigators said they haven't ruled out foul play in her disappearance, KETV News reported, according to the source. On Friday morning, the Sheriff's Department was seen at the Pheasant Point Landfill, which is only a 16-minute drive from Allen's home in Omaha, Nebraska but no clue of Allen was found.
Allen ran a program at Vodec, an organization that provides services for people with disabilities. Former colleague Clarion Campbell said she doesn't "think she ever knew a stranger." "She was very friendly, outgoing. Always willing to listen to people," Campbell said. Missing Allen is identified as a White female who weighs around 130 pounds and is 5ft 8in tall. She has blonde hair and hazel eyes. Her straight blonde hair is also worn curly, at times.
