'The Masked Singer': YouTuber Ninja was terrified to sing in the Ice Cream mask, says it was 'way out of my comfort zone'
'The Masked Singer' saw the viewers bidding farewell to the fun-loving Ice Cream Man in the episode's recent smackdown round and after the reveal, it was found that the person behind the mask was none other than famous Youtuber Tyler Blevins, a.k.a Ninja. While some fans had already guessed that he was the man behind the mask, for others, it came as a big surprise. Taking to Instagram, the Youtuber spoke about his experience coming on the show and how terrified he was of it at first.
"Getting up on that stage and singing on # TheMaskedSinger was 100% the scariest thing I have ever done," he noted. "Happy to have been on the show and stepped wayyyy outside my comfort zone I was terrified when filming that! Going to continue pushing my own boundaries <3 #icecreammask."
Fans were quick to praise the Youtuber for his performance. "Your performance was amazing!" noted one fan. Another added, "I’m gonna take my horse to the old town road” I see you! You’re a GREAT singer man!!!!"
Ninja opted to sing 'Old Town Road' and fans were spellbound by his singing. The audience could be seen cheering while lip-syncing to the lyrics. The show has also managed to get the audience interested with the mystery around who is behind the mask. Many people noted how they loved watching the show as it pulled them into a guessing game.
