LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Xavier Chavarin, a teenager from Los Angeles, was brutally stabbed to death in broad daylight at around 4.30 pm on Tuesday, March 7. As per the latest report, a suspect was arrested by the LAPD ‘without incident’ on Wednesday, March 8. “He is in custody. He will not be able to put anybody else in danger and it was done in a peaceful manner,” confirmed German Hurtado from the LAPD.

The aerial footage shows several officers escorting the alleged killer into the back of a squad car. The high school student was waiting for his mother to pick him up outside a restaurant in Southern California when he was attacked by the suspect in what is being described as a 'random attack'. He also shared that the alleged attacker had ‘prior mental health incidents.' The police have described the suspect as about 5-feet-1 inches tall with long, wavy black hair and a long beard who was wearing a long black jacket with a black shirt underneath.
