During Jubilee's birthday festivities and her sudden venture into the video game realm of 'Motendo,' the first half of the episode played out.

Meanwhile, the second half of 'X-Men '97' Episode 4, titled 'Lifedeath - Part 1', focused on Storm's quest with Forge.

As one of the series' most powerful characters, Storm's loss of powers became a central plot point. With Forge's assistance, she embarked on a journey to reclaim her abilities, hinting at his potential role in future episodes.

'X-Men '97' Episode 5 titled, 'Remember It' will continue the X-Men's journey following the previous episodes. There are a lot of potential plots we are looking forward to like the relationship between Forge and Storm.

Towards the end of the first half of Episode 4, Jubilee and Roberto end up kissing, hinting at their new relationship which will be explored in the coming episodes.

We can also expect a new storyline to emerge involving other characters.

At the end of 'X-Men '97' Episode 4, Storm is captured by a villain named The Adversary. While the episode provides little information about this antagonist, hints from the Storm-Forge storyline in Marvel Comics suggest The Adversary's true nature.

In the comics, The Adversary is an evil demon whom Forge, raised by the Cheyenne tribe, is destined to fight against. It's likely that 'X-Men '97' is adapting this storyline, with Episode 4 hinting at The Adversary as a significant future villain for the series who might show up in Episode 5.

4 episodes of 'X-Men '97' are now streaming on Disney+
