Brownie lovers and marijuana connoisseurs join hands yet again to celebrate the occasion of National Brownie Day on December 8, 2021. The world's largest pot brownie, which is definitely edible, is going up for sale ahead of the special day and now you can avail a bite of the same as well. The enormous brownie, which weighs over 850 Lbs, is being sold by MariMed, a company dealing with medical marijuana.

The brownie apparently contains over 1,344 eggs, 81 pounds of flour, and piles of sugar, aside from over 20,000 mg of THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol). The brownie is the collaborative effort of MariMed researchers and expert bakers from Bubby's Baked. The brownie was unveiled by MariMed on their Instagram page, where they wrote, "What’s big, delicious & filled with cannabis? Weighing in at 850lbs., it’s the World’s Largest Cannabis Brownie, presented by our new brand, Bubby's Baked. Inspired by the original pot brownie, Bubby’s are made from scratch with full-spectrum cannabis."

The Chief Product Officer at MariMed, Ryan Crandall, spoke to TMZ about their inspiration behind the record-breaking pot brownie. "We wanted to do something big to celebrate the launch of our Bubby’s Baked infused baked goods line, and what could be bigger than the World’s Largest Cannabis Brownie," he shared.

You might be all pumped up by now at the thought of indulging in the most sinful dessert ever. However, there is a small catch. The brownie will only be sold to patients in need of medical marijuana. Crandall revealed that the company will sell and distribute the brownie in slices among medical patients in Massachusetts. If you are a resident, or perhaps know a pal who would love to dig in this delicacy, you might think about getting them an early Christmas gift with a slice of this one.

The brownie contains over 2000 times the amount of marijuana human body needs to get high. An adult person needs about 10 mg to get high, in case you were wondering. So, there is no doubt that this baked treat will get everyone "super baked", as TMZ put it. It was prepared by five people who worked for over 24 hours to get the brownie to its present shape and gigantic stature.
