'World of Dance' Season 4 Finale: Jefferson and Adrianita should 'definitely come back' next season, say fans

Fans request Jefferson and Adrianita to compete once again in the next season of 'World of Dance' after they lost to their competitors and champions MDC3

Jefferson and Adrianita may not have won the 'World of Dance' competition, but they certainly won fans' hearts. The fiery Colombian couple impressed everyone with their breathtaking salsa performances. From Day 1, the couple's balancing skills, acrobatics, and timing wooed the judges Jennifer Lopez, Ne-Yo, and Derek Hough. 

For the 'World of Dance' finals, Jefferson and Adrianita performed to 'Celia y Tito' by Celia Cruz and Tito Puente. Their dance routine was so high-energy that the judges felt that they didn't need any audience at all. Although the judges loved the performance, they spotted a few things they felt that Adrianita and Jefferson could have worked upon to further refine their already flawless routine. Ne-Yo said that when Jefferson lifted Adrianita to place her on top of the ramp at the beginning was a bit off. Meanwhile, JLo pointed out how them running up and down the stairs didn't go well with the rest of their routine.

Despite these critiques, Adrianita and Jefferson were given a score of 95.3. They just fell short of 0.5 points to take over their competitors and champions MDC 3 who had scored 95.7. JLo expressed her joy and appreciation towards Adrianita and Jefferson for coming so far in the competition and representing the Latin culture so beautifully on the world stage.

Fans were sad to see the Colombian couple being sent home without the million dollars. Many admirers began urging the couple to return to the show next season so that they might win the next time. A fan tweeted, "I want Jefferson and Adrianita back in the next season @jlo @NeYoCompound @derekhough #WorldofDance."

Another fan wrote, "If you do all stars next season Jefferson and adrianita should def come back!  @JLo @NeYoCompound @derekhough @NBCWorldofDance #WorldofDance."

"Aww I’m so sad for Jefferson and Adrianita you guys are brilliant and should be so proud of yourselves I hope they come back for next season #WorldOfDance @JLo," expressed a fan.

Although Jefferson and Adrianita may not have won 'World of Dance', fans still loved and praised their performance. A fan commented, "Jefferson and Adrianita gave me goosiessss @NBCWorldofDance @JLo #worldofdance @NeYoCompound @derekhough."
