A 21-year-old man from New Jersey has been charged with reckless manslaughter after a teenager allegedly died of neck injuries during a "rough sex" romp in the backseat of a car. She was found dead in a detached parking lot at a high-rise in Hackensack, New Jersey, after a Halloween party.

The man named Michael T. Gaffney hails from Maywood and he posted a picture of her dead, naked body on Snapchat before calling for help. The young girl has been identified as Francis Victoria Garcia, 19. After the girl lost consciousness, he posted the picture and wrote, "Just (expletive) this bitch. She passed out. I don’t know what to do."

Reportedly, Gaffney contacted a few friends who were in the area and told them Garcia wasn’t breathing. The police received the 911 call at 2.14 am and the caller was traced to a detached parking garage at a luxury high-rise apartment complex.

Paremedics took her to Hackensack University Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead. Meanwhile, Gaffney was held without bail at the Bergen County Jail pending an appearance at Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack.

Gaffney has now been charged over the death, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said in a statement. He added that Garcia died from "compression injuries to her neck." The judge refused to release Gaffney on bond as he had a past history of substance abuse and the nasty social media post only added weight to his crime.

Moreover, if reports by NJ.com are to be believed, an affidavit claims the victim had a blood-alcohol level of .256, three times over the legal limit for driving. Gaffney's lawyer, Adam Lustberg, said he is waiting for a "more detailed autopsy report" that may shed more light on Garcia's death. "At this point, it’s just too early to tell," he said.
