A 23-year-old Indiana man has been sentenced to 15 years in prison after he allegedly helped his girlfriend in her attempts to kill her infant niece by lacing her milk bottle with pills.
Sarai Rodriguez-Miranda, 20, was helped by her boyfriend, Sir Marshall S. Snyder III, 23, in attempts to poisoning her baby niece back in January 2017 before he was sentenced Tuesday on related charges, People reports.
Rodriguez-Miranda was sentenced to 25 years in prison in May after she pleaded guilty to one count of attempted murder last March.
