'Windy City Rehab' Season 2 finale aired on HGTV this week but some of the fans were far from impressed. They didn't enjoy how, in last few episodes, the focus of the show shifted from design to drama. The fans took to social media to express their disappointment, implied it was not what they were expecting.

"Well I used to like this show. STFU about your business partner and show us the rehab," a fan commented, while another said: "Thought it was just us. The show is uncomfortable to watch. Always wanting something for nothing. Can't imagine what she's like to actually live with. The one show that will actually make us change the channel."

"Can we save the drama for the courtroom and return the focus of the show to her design? I don’t want to see all this detail about her Donovan drama! Not to mention, I’m having a hard time believing she wasn’t paying attention to the money. It would seem, based on her personality, that she’d be a lot more anal about her money," a user pointed out, another expressed: "It just seems so manufactured. In previous episodes she was so tough and cussing at her team. Now she’s crying in every episode. If they wanted to show this side of the biz, they could have done that in one episode. I’m not watching HGTV to get Real Housewives drama."

In this week's episode, Alison Victoria shared how she has a lot on her plate. She received stop-work orders from the court, and lost thousands of dollars because her partner, Donovan Eckhardt, wasn't apparently honest about where he spent it. But, the moment Augusta was open for renovation, she wasted no time in completing the units, which she'd set up for rent because that would be the first step towards getting some of her money back.

The person who sold the apartment units to her, shared that she could go for $2800/ unit and an additional parking fee of $200. "That's music to my ears," Alison said. The finale concluded with Alison sharing that despite the roadblocks, she is motivated to do more good work, not lose hope, and keep making the city she grew up in pretty.

'Windy City Rehab' Season 2 aired on HGTV every Tuesday at 9/8c.
