LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM: ‘Belgravia: The Next Chapter’ Episode 1 is now officially streaming on MGM+, and without a doubt, it is an emotional rollercoaster.

There’s abundant romance and courtship for the fans, mixed with a hint of dread about what’s about to happen in the following episodes, and how the marriage of Lord Frederick Trenchard and Clara Dunn will continue to pan out.

For those who have watched ‘Belgravia’ and were hooked to certain characters, it would be the constant wonder of whether or not these characters would make a possible comeback in ‘Belgravia: The Next Chapter.’

Certain characters were loved more than others, and one such was Charles Pope.

Could Charles Pope appear in ‘Belgravia: The Next Chapter’?

The premise of ‘Belgravia: The Next Chapter’ revolves around the fact that while the setting is strikingly similar to ‘Belgravia,’ the characters are different, more importantly, the MGM+ series is set three decades after the original series, and this raises a few doubts about cameos and comebacks.

While Charles Pope was loved by many, enough for him to make it to Screen Rant’s very exclusive list of “5 Characters Fans Love (& 5 They Can’t Stand).”

However, the potential of his return to ‘Belgravia: The Next Chapter’ is quite slim at present, and so far, no hints have been dropped in the first episode, nor by the network.

What is ‘Belgravia: The Next Chapter’s main focus?

One of the reasons Charles Pope’s character might not make an appearance in ‘Belgravia: The Next Chapter’ is because, by the looks of the first episode, the series so far seems laser-focused on Frederick Trenchard and Clara Dunn.

It is all about their romance, turbulent marriage, and several moving parts and characters that have already been thrown into the mix.

While Charles Pope was an important character in ‘Belgravia,’ and let’s not forget that he was also the child of Sophia Trenchard and Edmund Bellasis, it would be a shocking twist if he made an appearance in ‘Belgravia: The Next Chapter.’

Nevertheless, fans would be thrilled to see some of the characters from ‘Belgravia’ make a return to the new series, but as mentioned before, no promises have been made by the network just yet.

You can now stream ‘Belgravia: The Next Chapter’ Episode 1 on MGM+
