In the last scene of the last episode, we see the two snuggling in a hospital bed.

Among the loose ends in Season 1 include Jordan (Maria Bello), who was crushed by the emergency door of a bunker room by her girlfriend, Naomi (Ashley Park). The next story to be explored is that of Paul, who learns his brother, Danny, intentionally deprived him of college education.
