'Love Island USA': Marco Donatelli kisses his ex-GF Hannah Ortega, sparks speculations of reconciliation

Previously, 'Love Island USA' Season 5 islander Marco Donatelli connected with bombshell Hannah Wright and they have been together since then

PACIFIC HARBOUR, FIJI: Marco Donatelli and Hannah Wright may have been doing incredible on 'Love Island USA' Season 5, but the arrival of Marco's ex Hannah Ortega shook the villa and their relationship.

Marco coupled up with Destiny Zammarra on day one at the villa, but they two split up when Marco told Destiny he wanted to get to know other people.

However, Wright entered the villa with Carmen Kocourek as the first two bombshells of the season. Marco and Wright quickly formed a connection, and they have been together since then.

Marco and Wright were the first couple who tried staying loyal so far. While Wright has been away at Casa Amor, she hasn't yet connected with any of the male bombshells.

Instead, she encourages other female islanders to get to know the new bombshells as she talks about missing Marco. Unfortunately, Marco was forced to reunite with a different Hannah.

Marco's ex recently entered the villa and tried to rebuild their bond. In the previous episode, Ortega and Marco go on a date. 

Notably, Marco and Ortega were having some quality time beside the pool when they reminisced about their relationship. While recalling the past, Marco and Ortega kissed each other.

Will Marco Donatelli couple up with Hannah Ortega?

Marco and Ortega never officially had a relationship because Marco wasn't able, to be honest and open with his feelings. However, Marco revealed that he never even told Ortega that he liked her because he was too afraid to be vulnerable.

But Ortega wanted a second chance with Marco where they could give their relationship a shot for real this time.

Although Marco didn't seem completely into the closed-off concept, Wright made it clear that she didn't want to get to know anyone else.

However, Marco had recently made it clear that his door was not open for anyone except Wright.

Unlike Wright, Marco still explored connections in the villa and it would be pretty shocking if Marco decided to couple up with his ex-girlfriend Ortega and left Wright behind.

The social media users also appeared to be in shock by the current situation of Marco. A Twitter user wrote, "Damn Marco shocked tf out of me. He really likes his new girl. Wow… okay!"

Another follower added, "I just feel all type of ways that Marco can do what Keenan refuses to do 😫😫😫😫." "It was Marco's tongue still being out when Hannah O. pulled out from that kiss," noted another person.

Another critic tweeted, "Marco, that kiss with Hannah O was a bit too long for my taste 😒." Another viewer said, "Marco.! If you closed off and don’t want Hannah O why those other guys have to give you a heads up.!?!?! 🤨🤔."

'Love Island USA' Season 5 premiered on Peacock on Tuesday, July 18, 2023. During premiere week, new episodes will be available to stream every day at 9 pm ET. Subsequently, new episodes will be released on Thursdays through Tuesdays on Peacock.
