Widler Lucas: NYPD boss accused of sexual assault and threatening junior Ammy Ventura while seeking threesomes
MANHATTAN, NEW YORK CITY: Ammy Ventura, an employee with the NYPD’s Property Division has filed a suit against her boss for sexually assaulting her and threatening her. According to new court papers, Widler Lucas,41, sought threesomes and told her that she’d be thrown in front of a train if she tells anyone about their relationship. As per a Manhattan Supreme Court lawsuit on Tuesday, April 11, Ventura’s boss started pursuing her romantically in 2021 while she handling case evidence for him.
Lucas is an NYPD lieutenant and integrity-control officer for department property, who made friends with Ventura in February 2021 over the fact they both were going through a divorce during the same time, per court papers. The two started dating in April 2021, and Ventura was made to believe that Lucas was divorced, alleging her suit. They parted their ways around September 2021, after Ventura discovered Lucas’ other traits, according to court papers. Her suit shared an incident, the pair had a date, where the officer taught her shooting at a range on May 22, 2021. While Lucas was driving Ventura home, he ‘insisted’ she perform oral sex on him and after she refused, he became angry, and yelled, “Shut the f**k up!” as per filed papers in court.

'I can’t talk, I am a married man'
Just before they broke up, Ventura was invited on a trip to the Dominican Republic by Lucas, but once landing, she found out that there were other three women who he had invited as well. Lucas also on purpose ignored her. When they were on the island, he told Ventura to leave him alone and called her “f**king annoying,” according to the suit weeks later, Lucas told Ventura, “I can’t talk, I am a married man.” However, he still continued to flirt with Ventura at work despite the fact that they weren’t dating anymore.
'Lives in constant fear of her financial situation'
Nine months after their fling ended, In August 2022, while on a shift, Lucas grabbed Ventura by her hair, pulled her behind his desk, and forced her to give him oral sex. The court document also alleges that his office door was wide open. The incident was “against her will,” but Ventura felt “paralyzed and completely powerless to stop the violent attack,” claims the suit charges. It further read, “As a single mother, [Ventura] lives in constant fear of her financial situation deteriorating as a result of Defendant Lucas’ threats that he could terminate her employment given his position.”
