Who went home on ‘Traitors’ tonight? Peacock show sees another elimination with Rob Rausch's strategy
The drama is heating up in 'The Traitors' Season 4, and we're enjoying every bit of it. Following the melodramatic banishment of traitors Lisa Rinna and Candiace Dillard Bassett, Rob Rausch became the last remaining traitor in the game. However, before her exit, Dillard Bassett tried her best to convince the faithful that Rausch is the traitor, making his survival in the game increasingly difficult. But against the odds, Rausch managed to save himself once again, and another faithful was sent home.
Dorinda Medley was the latest contestant to be murdered on 'The Traitors' Season 4. Notably, this is the second time Medley has been eliminated from the show, after previously being the first victim in 'The Traitors' Season 3. To add more, Stephen Colletti was banished at this week's roundtable after becoming a target and receiving the most votes. Things took a dramatic turn for singer and songwriter Eric Nam, who was given the ultimatum to either join Rausch or be murdered. Naturally, Nam joined Rausch, beginning his journey as a traitor on the show. Soon, Nam was taken to the turret, where he and Rausch debated potential murder targets, including Medley, Natalie Anderson, and Stephen Colletti.
In the end, they settled on Medley, reasoning that her elimination wouldn't raise suspicion about either of them and would leave the faithfuls shocked and scrambling for answers. But as a new traitor, Nam took his own sweet time to settle into new responsibilities, raising suspicion among the faithful. After the Round Table and Colletti's banishment, Nam began to feel real pressure when Kristen Kish questioned why he had suddenly gone quiet, hinting that his change in behavior felt like he was hiding. Growing suspicious, she pulled Mark Ballas and Rausch aside to warn them that if she were murdered, Nam should be their next suspect.
Back in the turret, Rausch chose not to use Kish's concerns to turn on Nam. Instead, the two traitors carefully weighed their options, considering how killing Tara Lipinski or Johnny Weir would immediately put suspicion on the other, while noting that although Natalie Anderson's trust in Rausch worked in their favor, her intelligence made her a long-term threat. Nam even floated the risky idea of murdering Kish, but only if they believed they could keep Ballas under control afterward. In the episode's final moments, Alan Cumming led the shortlisted players to the castle dungeon, where a jack-in-the-box twist would reveal one traitor and seal one player's fate.
With Medley’s murder and Colletti's banishment, the game now narrows to a competitive mix of remaining contestants, including traitors Nam and Rausch, with faithfuls Olympic figure skaters Weir and Lipinski, 'Top Chef' host Kish, 'Dancing with the Stars' pro Ballas, 'Love Island USA Aftersun' star Maura Higgins, and 'Survivor' winner Anderson. The finale and reunion for 'The Traitors' Season 4 is scheduled to air on February 26.
