PAWHUSKA, OSAGE COUNTY: Law enforcement authorities are delving into the possibility that a notorious serial killer may be connected to additional murders and missing person cases including that of Cynthia Kinney.

The property that once belonged to Dennis Rader, known as BTK (bind, torture, and kill) Killer, is currently under investigation, with investigators searching beneath stone pavers, as disclosed by Rader's daughter.

What happened to Cynthia Kinney? 

Cynthia Kinney disappeared in Pawhuska, Osage County. On June 23, 1976, the 16-year-old was last seen entering a 1965 Plymouth Belvedere along with two other individuals after they left a laundromat.

As recently as this year, Osage County Sheriff Eddie Virden confirmed that the search for Cynthia Kinney has remained ongoing. In pursuit of leads, Sheriff Virden conducted an interview with Dennis Rader at the El Dorado Correctional Facility in Kansas during the early months of 2023. 

During the interview, Virden pressed Rader for any information he might possess pertaining to Cynthia Kinney's case, as authorities strive to uncover any potential clues to her whereabouts and the circumstances surrounding her disappearance.

As per The Charley Project, Cynthia, a junior in high school at the time of her disappearance, gained recognition for her widespread popularity among fellow students, her impressive scholastic triumphs, and her noteworthy accomplishment of securing a spot in the varsity cheerleading squad. 

Who is Dennis Rader’s daughter? 

Dennis Rader's daughter is Kerri Rawson. She revealed to told Fox News, “The theory is he could have placed evidence of cases under stone pavers under the metal shed he built early to mid 90s”.
