NEW YORK CITY: WeTV's show 'Life After Lockup' is coming to you with a brand new season! From Britney Cruz Alvarado and Kerok to Melissa Leist and Louie, here are all the couples starring in the reality show.
The spin-off series of 'Love After Lockup' revolves around the lives of nine former inmates as they try to navigate life on the outside with their significant others.
During the show, the former inmates and their better halves will have to face the real-life challenges after returning to reality and the road ahead of them will not be an easy one.
The series will take the viewers on a wild journey as the pairs juggle marriage, family, pain, and emotional challenges in the real world.

Who stars in 'Life After Lockup' Season 6?
Britney Cruz Alvarado and Kerok
Britney and Kerok met each other for the first time at Fluvanna Correctional Center for women.
The pair resides in Richmond, Virginia. Kerok is the inmate who landed in prison due to robbery.
The last time fans saw Britney and Kerok on the show 'Love After Lockup', they were in a complex situation as Britney thought they weren't on the same page.
On the other hand, Kerok didn't see children in his future, meanwhile, Britney wanted to get married and have babies. Kerok's family supports the pair but Britney's family doesn't.
The pair learned that Kerok's mother Tammy was worried about his brother Desmond's drug abuse. The couple and their families joined hands together to stage an intervention for Desmond.
If drugs continue to be in their house, then, these two can be in jeopardy of violating parole restrictions.

Shavel Rice-Moore and Quaylon Adams
When we talk about Shavel and Quaylon, their relationship has been rocky right from the start.
In this Texan duo's tumultuous journey on 'Love After Breakup,' an explosive split marked their end. After Shavel's home burned down, Quaylon rekindled the romance, supporting her during the disaster.
However, Quaylon's plan to adopt Shavel's daughter unraveled at their wedding due to a near-brawl involving their mothers, Sylvia and Qualandria.
This incident left Shavel questioning her marriage decision, vowing never to date incarcerated men again.

Justine Persaud and Michael Persaud
Justine and Michael are orginally from Johnstown, Pennsylvania.
Michael is the inmate and he was sentenced to 6 years for possession with intent to deliver.
Michael shared his plan to move to Las Vegas with Justine and her children. However, he was scared to face the repercussions of the move from his own children, mother, and sister.
In an unexpected turn of events, Michael's mother gifted a paternity test to Justine over dinner.
As the pair started prepping for their baby and move to Las Vegas, Michael's PO declined permission to move.
Due to this, Justine began to question her and Michael's relationship.

Blaine Bailey and Lindsey Downs
Blaine and Lindsey are from Iuka, Mississippi. Here, Lindsey is the inmate and she was sentenced to 4 years for possession of methamphetamine and a firearm.
Lindsey and Blaine were able to get their family together as Mylie moved in with the pair and the couple gained custody of Blaine's son.
Lindsey was afraid of additional prison time as her attorney told her that she could be facing up to 10 years.
Mylie broke the big news to Blaine which could completely change the dynamics of their relationship in Season 6.

Joynomi and Redd
Joynomi and Redd are from Farmington, New Mexico.
By the end of 'Love After Lockup', this pair found themself in a state of uncertainty as Redd kept trying to hide his secret infidelity from Joynomi.
When Joy's toddler son Swaee, and Redd finally got to meet it was a picture-perfect moment.
Redd may have managed to get Joynomi on his side but he still hasn't been able to win over her family as they still think he'll leave any minute.
Aris Morton and Cameron Morton
Aris and Cameron are from Tampa, Florida.
In their case, Cameron is the inmate and he was sentenced for 2 years for trafficking and possession of marijuana.
Aris and Cameron who are expecting a baby are currently looking for a new home. Aris sheds light on Cameron's priorities as he advises to buy a $300k tour bus for them to live in.
Cameron has a steady job, meanwhile, Aris is focused on his rap career. It is hard for him to boost his music career as Cameron's choices surprise him.

Shawn Osbourne and Sara Isaac
Shawn and Sara are from Cincinnati, Ohio.
Sara Isaac is the inmate who was sentenced to 6 years for involuntary manslaughter.
The couple took on a tow truck business. Their marriage went through the test of love as Shawn took loans, and his ex Kelly demanded extra child support.
The two of them were surrounded by debt and financial pressures, and their landlord increased the rent.
Sara encountered risk as she got in touch with opioids due to her plastic surgery experience. She continued to have surgeries and access to opioids, which was a factor that contributed to her prison time.

Taylor and Chance hail from Elsberry, Missouri. Out of these two, Chance is the inmate and his crime is burglary and grand theft.
The pair started a furniture business to make ends meet as Chance was still in debt.
Tayler's twin sister Bobbie who is in a healthy relationship got engaged to her partner Scott.

Melissa Leist and Louie
Melissa and Louie are from Atlantic Highlands, New Jersey. In this case, Louie is the inmate and his crime is armed robbery.
The New Jersey couple paused their romance at the end of 'Love After Lockup.'
Melissa grew unhappy with Louie's over-dependence on his mother, Donna, and his lack of initiative. Louie attempted to mend things by surprising her in New Jersey, but Melissa's reaction left him unsatisfied.
Their relationship faced challenges from Donna's mothering, Melissa's jealousy, and Louie's mission to prove he could meet her standards.
