Who is Ty Young? Drew Sidora accused of cheating on husband Ralph Pittman with ex-WNBA player in ‘RHOA’ midseason preview
ATLANTA, GEORGIA: Bravo celebrity Drew Sidora has been accused of cheating on her estranged spouse Ralph Pittman with retired WNBA player Ty Young. The cheating claims surfaced after the mid-season teaser for 'The Real Housewives of Atlanta' was released on July 7, 2023.
As the second half of Season 15 begins, the 'RHOA' peaches have some juicy tales. Things get hot in the midseason teaser of the series, which airs Sunday evenings at 8 pm ET/PT. Fans of 'RHOA' know that once the show ended filming, Drew and her husband raced to the courthouse to petition for divorce, with Ralph taking the lead. Things had been well between the couple up until this season, but in the midseason teaser, we can see some fractures again.

Who is Tamera ‘Ty’ Young?
Tamera 'Ty' Young is a successful athlete and celebrity. But when the 'RHOA' midseason teaser debuted on July 7, 2023, she was catapulted to a new level of stardom. The basketball player, who is presently unsigned, was reportedly accused of having a romantic involvement with Drew. According to her Wikipedia page, the small forward attended James Madison University, where she played collegiately from 2004 to 2008 before becoming a pro. On her official Instagram page, Ty also lists "model" and "coach" as secondary jobs.
Ty was selected by the Atlanta Dream with the eighth overall choice in the 2008 WNBA draughts out of James Madison. She was eventually moved to the Chicago Sky, where she helped lead the club to the 2015 WNBA Finals. She returned to Atlanta before being dealt to the Las Vegas Aces in 2018. Furthermore, she also played for the Cesis in Latvia between 2008 and 2009, Pankup in Turkey between 2009 and 2010, and Basket Landes in France between 2010 and 2011, all during the offseason. Ty signed with Maccabi Bnot Ashdod in Israel after a successful basketball career. She was selected MVP of the team's triumph in the Israeli Cup in 2012.
Ty was born to Lynda Nichols-Brown and the late Greg Young in Wilmington, North Carolina, in 1986. She is the youngest of three siblings, following older brother AJ and older sister Nikia. She has been engaged to VH1 reality star and 'Love & Hip Hop Atlanta' personality Mimi Faust since 2016, according to their Wikipedia pages. Mimi is the mother of one child. Neither has commented on the new mid-season trailer rumors.
Ty and Drew stir up drama in 'RHOA'
As Drew and Ralph's divorce drama unfolds, things on 'RHOA' are heating up. We've heard of Ralph's affairs in the past when he dipped out to Florida and severed contact for a vacation that placed a big strain on his marriage to Drew. However, the tables have turned as new adultery allegations surface, and the person Drew's suspected of cheating with is not only well-known but also startling.
Sheree 'The Bone Collector' Whitfield said that Drew was "cheating with a well-known basketball player" before claiming, "That's what the streets are saying." As Sheree disclosed the shocking infidelity revelation, stories linking Drew to star WNBA player Ty Young flashed across the screen.
Drew, on the other hand, did not dispute it. She did not confess to anything either, but when producers inquired whether she was fooling around with Ty, the generally gregarious 'RHOA' star instantly became shy. "I don’t know what I can say and not say," Drew answered, adding fuel to the flames.
The streets appear to be speaking to everyone since Sheree isn't the only one who heard of Drew's stepping out. Marlo Hampton also stated that she had heard some of the infidelity rumors and that Drew was cheating on Ralph with a lady. And Kandi Burruss witnessed her kissing a lady.
As 'RHOA' continues to generate interest in this lackluster season of the once-dominant Bravo series, they released a juicy midseason teaser in which Marlo addressed the adultery rumors, stating, "I can’t get over she’s dating a woman, the way she is, ‘I ain’t never kiss a girl.'"
That followed shortly after Kandi revealed seeing Drew lock lips with a woman after expressing her apprehension about kissing another woman for an acting performance she was working on. However, it appears as if she recovered swiftly, and the 'RHOA' infidelity rumors are hotter than ever right now.
