Who is Tony Bobulinski? Hunter Biden's ex-business partner alleges Joe was 'the big guy' in Chinese firm deal
Tony Bobulinski, a former business partner of Hunter Biden, alleged that Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden was ‘familiar’ with his son Hunter Biden’s business dealings in China. Bobulinsky addressed reporters at the Marriott in downtown Nashville on October 22 merely three hours before the final presidential debate. He said he was enraged with Hunter after the former VP’s son wanted to use funds for a prospective deal with a Chinese energy company which he called "Hunter’s personal piggy bank". He claimed there is evidence of the dealings on three cell phones, which he brought to the press conference, and added that he would hand them over to the FBI.
"I will be providing to the FBI the devices which contain the evidence corroborating what I have said so I will not be taking any questions at this time," he told the reporters. “I have heard Joe Biden say he's never discussed the business with Hunter — that is false. I have firsthand knowledge about this because I directly dealt with the Biden family including Joe Biden," said Bobulinsky.
He spoke about the texts and emails that show Hunter's connection with Chinese firm Sinohawk Holdings. "The reference to 'the Big Guy' in the much-publicized May 13, 2017 email is, in fact, a reference to Joe Biden. The other 'JB' referenced in that email is Jim Biden, Joe's brother. I was told this past Sunday by somebody who was also involved in this matter that if I went public with this information, it would bury all of us, the Bidens included. I have no wish to bury anyone."
He allegedly elaborated about a May 2, 2017, meeting with Joe. The meeting was reportedly to discuss a business venture involving China that would invest in infrastructure, real estate and technology in the US. "At my approximately hour-long meeting with Joe that night we discussed Biden's history, the Biden's family business plans with the Chinese with which he was plainly familiar at least at a high level," he said. "After that meeting, I had numerous communications with Hunter, (partner Robert) Walker, (James) Gilliar, and Jim Biden regarding the allocation of equity ownership of the Sinohawk Holdings, the firm they created."
Daily Mail reported that the television statement and bombastic claims came after Bobulinsky told conservative media outlets that text messages that appeared to show Hunter's business negotiation and references to his father were authentic.
Bobulinsky stated that Hunter “became very upset with me” when he challenged him about how the payments would occur. However, such emails and purported evidence against Joe did not go down well with his supporters. "To me it seems like distraction and spectacle," Biden supporter Sen Chris Coons of Delaware told Fox News as reported by Daily Mail.
The Biden campaign released a statement calling the attacks a “smear” and saying there is “no indication” Joe ever got “any money from anybody in these business deals". Bobulinsky’s dramatic appearance comes at a crucial moment as rivals Trump and Biden were set to face off in a high-stakes final televised presidential debate. A journalist tweeted, "Hunter Biden text exchange from June 2017 obtained by #FoxNews ranting to his business partners about not wanting to 'sign over my family's brand', 'the keys to my family's only asset' to Tony Bobulinski. Warning: foul language."

Now as Bobulinski has assured he has concrete proof to back his claims, including documents and emails about which the New York Post earlier reported, here is what we know about Hunter's ex-partner.
Who is Tony Bobulinski?
Tony Bobulinski is reportedly the grandson of a 37 year Army Intelligence officer. He is the son of a 20+ year career Naval Officer and the brother of a 28-year career Naval Flight Officer, as reported by Heavy Website. According to the publication, he said, "I myself served our country for 4 years and left the Navy as LT Bobulinski. I held a high-level security clearance and was an instructor and then CTO for Naval Nuclear Power Training Command."
"I take great pride in the time my family and I served this country. I am also not a political person. What few campaign contributions I have made in my life were to Democrats." Speaking about his career, as reported by The New York Post, he said, "After leaving the military I became an institutional investor investing extensively around the world and on every continent. I have traveled to over 50 countries. I believe, hands down, we live in the greatest country in the world. What I am outlining is a fact. I know it is fact because I lived it. I am the CEO of Sinohawk Holdings which was a partnership between the Chinese operating through CEFC/Chairman Ye and the Biden family. I was brought into the company to be the CEO by James Gilliar and Hunter Biden."
Heavy reported that Bobulinski, a Los Angeles resident, made political contributions to federal candidates in 2013, 2014 and 2015. “In 2015, he twice gave $2,700 to Democratic Congressman Ro Khanna, who represents the state’s 17th district. In 2013, he also made two contributions, both for $2,600, to Khanna’s campaign. In 2014, Bobulinski contributed $1,500 to New Jersey Senator Robert Menendez’s re-election campaign. Menendez is also a Democrat," the report added.
Bobulinski mentioned that he was the recipient of May 13, 2017, email published by the New York Post on October 15, 2020, that allegedly show how Hunter tried to cash in big on behalf of the family with a Chinese firm.
