Who is Stephen Bear? Reality TV star convicted of leaking SEX TAPE with ex Georgia Harrison
CHELMSFORD, ENGLAND: Stephen Bear, a reality TV star, was found guilty of distributing a sex tape with his ex-girlfriend Georgia Harrison after it surfaced on the website OnlyFans. On August 2, 2020, Harrison and the 32-year-old defendant were caught on video having sex in his garden in Loughton, Essex.
Harrison told the Chelmsford crown court that she was unaware that they were being recorded and had instructed Bear not to distribute the video as she waived her right to remain anonymous. But according to her, he continued to post it online and on WhatsApp. Bear asserted that he destroyed the video that day and hadn't shown it to anybody besides Harrison. He was found guilty on both counts of intentionally revealing private sexual images and videos by a unanimous jury. In addition, he was found guilty of voyeurism by a vote of 10 to 2 of the jury. Harrison has starred on 'Love Island' and 'The Only Way is Essex' while Bear has appeared on MTV's 'Ex On the Beach' and won 'Celebrity Big Brother' in 2016.

After the jury's decision, Bear, who had vigorously disputed all of the allegations, told the court that "it was never a fair trial" and that he was "fighting a losing battle." Christopher Morgan, the judge, retorted by saying, “Thank you for that observation.” Bear's adult entertainment website offered a "50% off" discount while he was on trial and a picture of him arriving at court was also shared on Bear's Twitter account as reported by The Guardian. The image showed him and his girlfriend strolling toward the courthouse from a white Rolls-Royce driven by a hired driver. The text that went with it read, “50% off my adult site for the next 24 hours. Come see why I’m trending.”
Early in December 2020, according to Harrison, she found out the film was online and had to get someone to take it off porn sites. Bear told the jury that on August 2, 2020, while having lunch with Harrison, 28, he "got smashed." He said that they had sex at a nearby sunbed store that he was remodeling before engaging in additional sexual activity in his garden. The defendant claimed that she requested a copy of the 20-minute-long film as they were watching back footage captured on his CCTV security cameras. Harrison "told me to erase the footage, which I did," he said, adding, "Why would I want that on my phone?" he told the jury. Bear was released on bail and ordered to appear in court for sentence on January 31.
