Dr Dubrow claims Season 8 of the E! hit show 'Botched' offers an "advanced season of cases," many of which would have been passed up for past seasons.
It is critical to emphasize that Dr Dubrow and Dr Nassif are both extremely well-respected and prominent reconstructive surgeons. They're up there with the greatest in the world. So when they claim something is advanced, they mean it.

Who is Skyler Nicole on 'Botched' Season 8?
Skyler Nicole aka Platinum Barbie has adorned the covers of magazines such as MMA Magazine and Outlaw Biker, rocked videos with Heavy Metal God Rammstein, and has been in a number of action flicks and commercials.
The blonde bombshell who is also a Playboy Live model, glamour model, and actress is originally from Miami, Florida, and is the new patient featured in this installment of 'Botched.'
Skyler who weighs 106 lbs previously got 1200 CC (cubic centimeters) breast implants done. The Maldives is Skyler's favorite holiday spot. She spends her free time at the beach, shopping, and, of course, getting Botox.
What happened to Skyler Nicole on 'Botched' Season 8?
At the 'Botched' clinic, Skyler said that she had spent $200K to achieve her current appearance.
Due to their hectic schedule, Skyler explained that she had been trying to schedule an appointment with the 'Botched' doctors but had been unsuccessful up until this point.
Her "breast" friend joined her for the appointment, where she led Dr Dubrow and Dr Nassif through the operation process.
Skyler's chest size was originally 32B, but in order to have a side boob, she went from 400 CC to 800 CC. When that wasn't enough, she went for even larger boobs when her marriage failed, in order to feel powerful and confident.
That's when she decided on the 1200 CC. She felt fantastic, and it greatly boosted her confidence. Skylar hasn't experienced any issues up until now. Even at, 1200 CC, she was dissatisfied with her side breast.
Skyler's largest shift came when she upgraded from 1200cc to 2000cc. That's when her first "breast spasms" occurred.
Breast pain or breast spasm is a vibrating feeling in the chest that might be produced by fasciculation or muscular spasms, although it is seldom a symptom of breast cancer.
Skyler visited 'Botched' specialists and decided to have an internal bra treatment.
The purpose of an internal bra operation is to regulate breast position, shape, or implant to offer internal structural support to the breast. She wanted to go bigger since she was ready to go under anesthesia.
