Who was Royal Palm Beach shooter? 2 people and gunman dead after shooting at Florida Publix

The shooter is one of the deceased. This was NOT an active shooter situation

ROYAL PALM BEACH, FLORIDA: The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office has confirmed that three people are dead, including a child, following a shooting inside a Publix supermarket store in Royal Palm Beach.

The sheriff's office said deputies arrived at the scene and found three people dead from gunshot wounds, including a man, a woman and a child on Thursday, June 10. Police did not say which one was believed responsible for the shooting. The sheriff's office has also confirmed that the shooter is among those dead. The names and ages of the victims have not been revealed yet. The shooting happened at the store at 1180 Royal Palm Beach Boulevard in Royal Palm Beach. Witnesses have stated that the parking lot is blocked off with crime scene tape and multiple patrol cars from the sheriff's office.

Teri Barbera, the spokeswoman for the sheriff's office has revealed that the authorities received the first call reporting the shooting at around 11:40 am. The first deputies on the scene found the three people dead in the store. The sheriff's office has confirmed that there is a possibility that the three people knew each other. Crestwood Middle School is on a temporary lockdown as a result of the shooting incident, the school district says.

The Palm Beach County office tweeted: "Detectives are investigating a shooting that took place INSIDE Publix in RPB. Upon arrival deputies located three individuals deceased from gunshot wounds, one adult male, one adult female and one child. The shooter is one of the deceased. This was NOT an active shooter situation."

Rep. Anna V. Eskamani tweeted: ""Two people were shot and killed inside a Publix in Royal Palm Beach, Florida, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff's office. The shooter is also deceased, PBSO said." @GovRonDeSantis-- I ask again. Will you do anything to prevent gun violence?" Another Twitter user said, "Gosh, I go to this publix every morning. I just can't believe this has happened inside the store. Praying for those involved, our officers that responded and the shoppers that witnessed this horrific act."

Asking for the names of the deceased, one person tweeted, "When are you going to release the names of the deceased? I have family near there and am very worried." While another one wrote, "OMG. Almost every few days in South Florida. WTH is going on?!?!"
