WEST ROXBURY, MASSACHUSETTS: A woman, who claimed to be Ana Walshe's friend, is currently being investigated on charges of making a person with dementia sign over property worth $3M. During a recent TV appearance, Massachusetts-based real estate businesswoman, Pamela Bardhi, claimed that she was friends with Walshe adding that she was hoping for a quick "closure" of the case.

Who is Pamela Bardhi?

According to herFacebook page, Bardhi is a real estate businesswoman and motivational speaker. She is also president of the real estate company, The Mosche Group. According to her LinkedIn page, the about section of the company reads, “We are an award-winning firm specializing in real estate consulting dedicated to our passion of making the world a better place to live in and make everlasting memories. We work to integrate real estate into every part of your life from investment properties and development projects that create financial freedom to buying your dream home or selling your property for maximum return.” Bardhi also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Stonehill College and she had done a Real Estate Development course from Harvard Business School.

What are the charges against Pamela Bardhi?

Benmosche's son, Daniel, is currently suing Bardhi in the Norfolk Superior Court, stating that she manipulated his mother's dementia and his alcoholism to persuade them to sign over houses in Brookline and West Roxbury. Benmosche and Daniel also held property in West Roxbury at 111-117 Park Street. However, according to the lawsuit, Bardhi began to get close to Benmosche on purpose as her health deteriorated due to the dementia. She allegedly persuaded her to sign over the deeds in July 2020, only four months before she died.

Daniel was required to sign as well, and according to the lawsuit, he did so only because Bardhi lied to him that if he did not sign, he would lose his SSDI benefits. By signing, he was transferring $3M in property to Bardhi. The home is worth $2.5M, but Bardhi was having difficulty repairing it because it was in a historic district.

Pam transferred the Brookline property to an LLC she formed called Lady B, LLC in April 2021, one of at least nine LLCs she has formed. She is also accused of seizing all of Benmosche's bank accounts, stock accounts and precious antiques, according to the lawsuit. On the other hand, Daniel has gotten nearly nothing, according to the lawsuit.
