NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA: 'The Bachelor' Season 28 contestant Kelsey Anderson took Joey Graziadei to introduce him to her father, Mark, during the Hometown date. Kelsey's dad Mark has been in the United States Military, where he met the love of his life and wife, Denise. Despite being retired from the military, Mark's physique was fit and the viewers claimed that he would be perfect for the ABC spin-off show, 'The Golden Bachelor'.

After the death of Kelsey's mother, her dad, Mark, stepped in to take care of her at every step. During a one-on-one with Joey, Kelsey admitted to being close to her dad following her mom's diagnosis and passing. She also dubbed Mark her 'favorite guy.'

In the recent episode, Mark met Kelsey after six weeks and shared his concerns for his daughter for joining the ABC show. Mark and Kelsey recalled Daisy while watching their family photos together. However, as more fans got a glimpse of Mark, they root for him to join the ABC show spinoff.

A social media user noted, "I formally nominate this man as the next Golden Bachelor." Another person added, "Is there something between "The Bachelor" and "Golden Bachelor", perhaps "Baby Boomer Bachelor" that we can put Mark, Kelsey's dad on?" Another viewer said, "Joey needs to advise Kelsey's dad on how to be the next golden bachelor."

Another X user penned, "Petition to make kelsey’s dad the new golden bachelor PLEASE." Another internet user penned, "I betcha this is the next Golden Bachelor. He’s super nice, has a full head of lettuce and is a widower." Another fan said, "So far, I’m getting that Kelsey’s dad is going to be the Golden Bachelor."

Kelsey Anderson's father Mark sparks concerns for his daughter

During the Hometown date, Kelsey Anderson's father Mark was concerned about his daughter's choice and admitted, "It's very difficult not to have her mother here." Mark revealed, "She was a very protective mother, and I would never be a shortage of questions with her here."

He pulled Joey Graziadei for a chat and to figure out if he cares for Kelsey like he does. Mark also wanted to know "Is he someone that would you know keep her happy?" Mark told Joey, "When I met Kelsey's mom, it was like I knew it right away."

However, Joey claimed that he had similar feelings for Kelsey and has been aware of her heart. He also admitted that his feelings for Kelsey are real. Joey's statement reassured Mark as he claimed, "I felt reassured. I think a man deserving of Kelsey is one that she picks."

'The Bachelor' Season 28 star Kelsey Anderson and Joey Graziadei enjoyed a cozy date together where the duo enjoyed watching butterflies. The couple also shared hugs and kisses. Joey enjoyed being with Kelsey's family and admitted to having a 'fantastic' time. Considering Joey and Kelsey's connection, the ABC show star would definitely award a Hometown date rose to her.
