NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Netflix's 'Owning Manhattan' star and real estate tycoon, Jade Shenker, is a NYC socialite and strategist. She was notably named as a Top 30 Under 30 real estate industry disrupter and advisor.
She is the founder of SERHANT and has managed over $650 million in luxury assets. Jade's high-profile clients include athletes from the NFL, Grammy-nominated producers, LVMH brands, Dom Perignon, Netflix actors, and fashion icons such as Virgil Abloh and Co.
Jade pursued a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Florida International University. She topped her class and took her 4lb Maltese on stage during her graduation ceremony. Netflix show star started overseeing development projects at the age of 15.
Jade served on the real estate planning and zoning board committee at the age of 19 and then went on to run for local commissioner. In 2014, she tried investing in smart sweets by bartending a retail space in exchange for equity. Jade joined Ryan Serhant's team focusing on commercial, investment, and ultra-luxurious unique assets.
Jade Shenker customized wedding dress for 'Owning Manhattan' premiere party
'Owning Manhattan' star Jade Shenker nailed the Netflix show's premiere party red carpet look. She chose to wear a customized wedding dress at the event. She shared behind the scenes of making of her dress and reflected on her social media, "I destroyed my wedding dress." She added, "After my breakup, I never thought I would use this again."
Netflix star further noted, "But when deciding what to wear for our premiere party... I wanted to wear something that really meant something to me." Jade continued, "So I took my wedding dress... and got it tailored and redesigned." She elaborated, "Just like I transform buildings to sell them and make them sexy. I could transform this wedding dress into something special."
She decided to transform her heartbreak into high fashion and give the dress a new life as she gave herself. Jade added in the caption of her post, "A reminder that we can turn pain into purpose and that with the right team, you can make anything possible."

'Owning Manhattan' star Jade Shenker is the first female real estate tycoon in her 4 generation. She was raised by a real estate investment-focused family and served as the youngest board member for planning and zoning committees in South Florida.
Jade continued to work in the East Village block association where her family still owns property. Jade bagged her first multifamily deal at 15 years old at Shula's Steak House. She was 18 years old when her father and mentor were diagnosed with dementia and she had to teach herself everything and more while taking care of him.
