BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA: Marcellus Wiley, the husband of 'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' new cast member Annemarie Wiley, had previously been accused of sexual assault before his appearance on the reality program.

Viewers had a fresh cause to bash the Bravo spouse after he dared to rate his wife on camera.

Her spouse stated on the December 13 episode of 'RHOBH' that the reason he married her was because she was an 8.5 in everything: her appearance, athletic abilities, and intelligence.

Viewers instantly flocked to social media to comment on the scene.

On X, fans wrote, "Annemarie has all this energy for Sutton but has a husband that refers to her as an 8.5 on a scale. Girl, put that energy towards him." One user asked, "Did I just hear Annemarie's husband rated her on a scale? Weird."

Others banded writing, "Doesn’t Annemarie’s husband have r*pe allegations & she was nasty towards the victims?! Chile, let me skip this scene.." A fourth user quipped, "Uhhhhh Annemarie saying her husband always tells her she’s a “solid 8.5 in looks, athletics, intelligence, etc.”

What does 'RHOBH' husband Marcellus Wiley do?

The cast member of 'RHOBH' Season 13 gets married to Marcellus, a former NFL defensive end. Marcellus spent ten years as a professional football player, including time with the Buffalo Bills, Dallas Cowboys, Jacksonville Jaguars, and San Diego Chargers.

After being united in marriage in 2014, Annemarie and Marcellus had four children together. Marcellus shares Marcellus Jr., Aliya Jane, and Alivia Marie with Annemarie. He also has a daughter named Morocca Alise from a prior relationship.

'RHOBH' husband Marcellus Wiley has been accused in a sexual assault case

Marcellus was accused of raping a fellow student while attending the University of Columbia, according to a complaint filed on Tuesday, November 21, 2023. In the fall of 1994, the complainant claimed Marcellus raped her many times in her dorm room.

The accuser stated in the complaint that she met Marcellus during his sophomore year because they traveled in the same social group. Despite being notified by the accuser that she was a virgin, Marcellus reportedly put her face down on the mattress and then went on top of her.

In her complaint, the accuser also cited the Columbia campus for its callous and irresponsible treatment of the situation when she reported the attack to campus officials.

Meanwhile, Marcellus has disputed the allegations on his Brinx TV show 'Never Shut Up', claiming that while he and the accuser fooled about in her room in 1994, they had no vaginal intercourse. The accuser, according to Marcellus, welcomed him to her dorm room and even urged him to call her the next day.

According to Marcellus, the woman was only ashamed of what they did in her room because she recognized they had no future together. Despite this, 'RHOBH' star Annemarie has not commented on the claims leveled against her husband.

'RHOBH' fans slam Annemarie Wiley for insulting Sutton Stracke

Annemarie begins to inquire about Sutton Stracke's medicine and if she should be drinking while taking it. She begins to inquire about her esophagus and what is wrong with it.

Fans sided with Sutton throughout the Annemarie debate. Sutton has no idea who this lady is, and she's asking her medical questions in front of a crowd and a TV crew. And that too at Sutton's store.

Fans on X wrote, "Annemarie came in here thinking this is married to medicine asking all of these medical questions and Sutton is eating her up." Another user chimed in, "Annemarie is a FAKE doctor, Sutton is eating that Trumpie up. Queen." 

One user also wrote, "Did Sutton schedule a doctors appointment w/ Annemarie right now?! I’m confused as to why she has so much input in defense of Kyle?!" A fourth person quipped, "AnneMarie trying to flex her medical knowledge on Sutton but none of it is correct like girl."
