LAS VEGAS, NEVADA: 'AGT: Fantasy League' premiered on January 1, 2024, at 8 pm ET on NBC. The Top 40 cast, selected by viewer votes from around the world, will compete for a spot in the finale. Among them is Wes P, also known as Kazuhisa Uekusa, renowned for his unconventional comedy acts.

Born on November 15, 1987, Wes P or Kazuhisa Uekusa is a Japanese entertainer who has gone viral all over social media.

He is well known for performing a risque prop comedy version of the tablecloth trick. Originally from Ageo, Saitama Prefecture in Japan, he gained prominence in 2017 after posting a video on Twitter.

In the same year, he participated in 'Georgia's Got Talent' where he reached the semifinal. In 2018, he participated in 'Britain's Got Talent' and reached the semifinals.

He even participated in 'France's Got Talent' where he reached the final rounds. he got golden buzzers for both 'Georgia's Got Talent' and 'France's Got Talent.'

In 2019, he performed in 'Spain's Got Talent' and also got a chance to perform in 'Asia's Got Talent' with the supremely talented group Bad X Ten. 

In 2022, he performed on 'Bulgaria's Got Talent' and also joined the Yoshimoto Comedy Squad, a Japanese YouTube collective that brings improvisational comedy to the screen.

He also appeared on 'The Late Late Show with James Corden'  as a year-end surprise guest as Corden liked Wes P previously. In March 2023, he was portrayed by Bowen Yang in a skit on Saturday Night Live. 

His act of suspense building equipped with the distinctive style of comedy makes his performance unique in all aspects. 

He was a part of 'America's Got Talent' Season 13, where was removed from the audition itself. Mel B, Heidi Klum, and Simon Cowell buzzed the act however, Howie Mandel voted a "Yes."

The time when Simon Cowell pretended not to know Wes P in 'America's Got Talent'

Simon Cowell was left speechless after Wes P delivered a naked tablecloth trick on 'America's Got Talent.' However, his shock was completely unnecessary as he saw the same contestant perform in 'Britain's Got Talent' just a few weeks before. 

Wes P reached the semi-finals of the UK version of the talent show where he performed the 'tablecloth' trick.

Interestingly, it was Simon who was the first and only judge to press the Red X in the 'Britain's Got Talent' audition, after Wes P removed his clothes covered him with a satin cloth, and placed crockery on his body to then remove the cloth.

Simon even warned him that the acts that reached the finale were performed for the royal family and that the act he did was inappropriate.
